Do you have neptune on your sun right now? He probably has a tone of planets squaring his sun, too. It's a bad idea to meet because you're married. What will you do if you still have feelings for him? Will you have an affair? Leave your husband? Is he single? Would he do the things I asked you for you if he isn't? You need to ask yourself these questions.
If neptune is on your sun, I'd say that all this may pass when it moves on, so you should wait.
