I think you have the answer if he really loves you. You are the one who knows.
Just, as I said, clear things between you two by simply being honest to each other and discuss things openly.

I canīt tell what īthe childī might mean... it did appear in the reading. Maybe, one of you is rather acting like a child.
Do you think that he is completely honest with you? Maybe he is hiding something.
