Hi,
If anyone would kindly give me a reading; I'd really appreciate it. I'm feeling stressed and stuck in a rut at work; and am considering transferring to a different position/department within the company. I do not know if this is a brief phase; and I should stick it out longer or if the change would be better as I would be starting over from the bottom.

I feel that there is alot of bs going on in your department so you are feeling the stress for a reason, but there is a woman there in a higher position, that is very fond of you and I feel, if you stay, your dedication to the company won't go unnoticed and you will begin to enjoy working there again.If you decide to go into another department it will be a great opportunity for you and you can achieve success, but you will have to go through the same sh*t you're going through now with your current department.
