I second carl, but another good thing to do is to think about the solutions to your problems and work at it bit by bit. Even if it seems like a milestone at least you'll be making progress. Everyone has their share of cross too, so don't feel so down. Try writing down solutions to whatever is going on that way you'll have control over it while working on it.
