It's difficult to find a story which will show a positive side of Saturn in the 12th. You may have proven with all those incredibly hard transits, that this placement is much more vigorous and meaning-building than perceived. Did you get enough of the turbulence and changes with Saturn in Libra? And on top it's in your sixth house, which in itself is a definition of crises. With Saturn opposing your natal Saturn you can probably start fresh sometimes by the end of the year. I would just really focus on health until then...
