Yes, there are some really significant aspects. First off, your Sun conjunct his Moon and Jupiter...I really can't imagine a scenario in which that's a bad aspect. Especially the Sun/Moon conjunction. Sun is about identity and self and Moon is about feelings, comfort, and safety. Basically your sense of who you are is being fed by his nurturing energy, and he feels warm and safe by being around you. Jupiter is about expanding and discovering. Once again, your Sun is right in tune with this energy. He probably feels like being around you teaches him new things about himself, and you might feel like you're able to unlock his potential. This whole piece is hooked up to his Neptune on the other side of the wheel. Neptune makes everything feel more surreal and special, for better or worse. Sun/Moon is very nurturing, as we know, and Neptune makes the scope of this nurturing energy more all-encompassing and spiritual. Sun/Jupiter is about realizing and expanding, and Neptune makes this feel much more profound to him than it might actually be in reality.
You have mutual Venus/Uranus aspects. Uranus is about spontaneity, inconsistency, and surprise. There's probably been a few surprises for the both of you, maybe you expected something to go one way and it went another, again for better or worse. This is a really strong theme in this synastry because it's a double whammy. They are hard aspects, so that usually means the Venus energy tends to struggle with this spontaneity and inconsistency on some level rather than flow with it.
You also have a Mercury/Venus square double whammy. Mercury is all about analyzing and communicating and organizing. Your Venus energies might also struggle against this theme in your relationship, rather than flow with it. His Mercury is also square your Moon, which is conjunct your Venus. So you might feel this more intimately than he does. A lot of deep thinking is probably going on here on both sides, even if it's not with each other.
His Saturn is also square your Venus. So once again, we have Saturn energy from him struggling a bit with your Venus energy. I don't want you to think this is all so negative and bad though. Basically it means these parts of your personalities, specifically, it seems, Venus, Moon, and Mercury is being called to the carpet or put to the test. When you are together these energies are very active, and these are the biggest relationship planets, so I don't doubt the impact of this relationship on you at all.
One more thing. Mars conjunct the North Node is a big attraction indicator, and it's a big "fate" aspect. Classically, it's the North Node person who feels the fatedness more than the attraction (though both very much) and the Mars person who feels the attraction and later the fatedness. The Mars/Pluto square is also a big attraction factor.
