This is my first post here, though I have been reading these forums on and off for a few years now.

I was wondering if I could bother you for a synastry reading I find challenging for a few reasons. I am a fairly competent astrologer and have been doing synastry charts for years, but in this particular case I need a fresh pair of eyes. The chart is challenging both because it involves me and is hitting close to home, and because I find it hard to detach myself as necessary to make a good interpretation.

I was born in a different country to the one I live in now, and have traveled extensively over the interceding years, but when I was a child I went to school with a girl, now a woman, that I have recently reconnected with during a visit to my home country. In our formative years we had something of an interest in each other, though the young age makes it impossible to say what exactly. The next couple of decades I hadn't seen her. Last Christmas I attended a reunion of that class for the first time, and I met her again, now a very fetching woman. We are going on a date this coming tuesday, but I really do have the hots for her. Now, relationships are very difficult for me. Both, because I am somewhat socially awkward and also because I travel frequently and for long periods of time. Furthermore, I recently decided that I will be making my permanent home in a different country and I will not be returning often to my home country. And it's quite clear to me that she cannot follow me or join me there.
