We haven't been together long... it's been 6 months and he fantasizes about marriage. I have been telling myself, before I met him, I want to avoid marriage. I don't want to disappoint him, because I am in love him, but it feels like a rush. What will happen after the feeling of "in love" goes away? Like I said, I don't want to disappoint him because I can see myself with him long-term, and he is too interesting of a guy to just let go. Based on Synastry, what would happen without the rose-colored glasses? I really want this to work out. IP: Logged

He seems to take things out of proportion when he gets mad, which I do not understand, and frankly makes me angry. I don't try to continue the fight, though. The relationship is far from painful, it's pretty nice. Saturn-op-Saturn is more of a generational thing, I understand. His idea of this relationship seems more traditional than I do. He's a chivalrous guy and I strive for total equality. I think it will take a lot of work because we are so far apart in age. He brings friendship, which I try to maintain. To me, he is my friend, my lover, and even my mentor (he has a lot of experience in hiking, I am trying to learn from him). He doesn't seem too downed by me -- he finds me perfect, except for the fact that I am kind of flirty. Part of me feels blocked from being emotionally in-tune to him. IP: Logged
