SO having "power" (using the term loosly, can also mean independence and autonomy, and other things), moving up to (MC), a position of power, autonomy (maybe), and..... Also, the point was venus, so, if we have our pluto on the MC the above applies, however, it applies to us individually: we desire this for ourselves, and can achieve this on our own. The venus thing is what one hopes to GET from their partner, hope that what some of what they have will rub off on them, by proxy (I love that term ). Venus in gemini, Ami, you hope that your partner will be clever, witty, talkative and maybe he delivers the mail . This will make you feel proud to be associated with him, these are qualities that you value, and by having him, you are adding value to yourself. What you think of this? It is different than "being liked". I am not saying I do not struggle with that. I do. This reputation thing is totally different though.It is a whole other animal.
