Would it be my Moon and ASC loosely conjunct in Cancer??Would it be the Venus/Neptune conjunction because of it's position in the Grand Kite? Or is it more of a personal opinion?? Is it possible to look at a chart and see the strongest influence? I feel my Sun in the 8th house a lot. Or maybe I'm only aware of it because the Water Grand Kite is so much a part of me I don't even notice it. IP: Logged |

Cancer ASC Moon in the 12th You are a super duper 12th house person. Are you a male? I will assume you are lol This moon placement can have you hook up with cruel woman Is that that the case lolYour are really interested in deep ,mystical things too.You could be at home in a hospice, hospital or prison(not as an inmate) How does that all fit? I can't answer the question per se cuz I am not good enough.I can go step by step with you if you want to discover your chart though. If you want more of a professional opinion I suggest you contact IQ. He could hit a home run right off the plateIP: Logged |

No I am female! Yes I have heard about IQ's readings before...but the opinion doesn't need to be professional, I'm just interested in other people's thoughts. I am very interested in deep, metaphysical things, but I have zero interest in hospice/prison- in fact, I find that stuff kind of creepy. Maybe I have the opposite reaction. I've never thought of myself as 'super 12th-housey' although I tend to be very private with my personal feelings/thoughts. And I do require LOTS of alone time. Do you say that just because of the emphasis put on my Moon in the position it's in?? IP: Logged |

Moon in 12th for a man is that he will marry a cruel woman For a woman--maybe woman will betray her--not sure lolIP: Logged |

I'll throw my non-professional two-cents in. The tightest orbs for aspects seem to be Neptune opposite Moon and Jupiter square Uranus. I'm not entirely sure about Jupiter/Uranus, but I think Nep/Moon would signal kind of not really having a good grasp on your emotional side. Neptune fogs and distorts your perception of things. I have a tight opposition of Neptune and my Sun, and figuring out my own ego has been a journey. IP: Logged |

Hmm, not that I'm aware of! I don't recall being the brunt of any betrayals or particular cruelty...Perhaps I'M the cruel one! Lol. I have read that the Mother can be emotionally cold with this placement, which is true to a degree. The comfort definitely came more from my Father, not to say that I didn't feel love from my Mother, because I did. IP: Logged |

OK NL So are you saying that Neptune blurs what it touches so if it touches the ego, that will be blurred. Makes sense !IP: Logged |

That's how I've experienced my Nep/Sun opposition. My sun is also in the 7th, which is where we project, so that could have something to do with it. Dino, does what i said about Neptune ring true? If not, it might be my own experience with my 7th that I'm bringing to the table. IP: Logged |

In regards to Moon/Neptune: I thought it was due to Moon in the 12th- but when I'm not immediately aware of my feelings, I definitely need to take some alone time to meditate on it. Sometimes I need to navigate a lot to find my true feelings...hence the need for lots of alone time. It helps keep me clear. BUT, I have always felt really in touch with my feelings, in a healthy way. Maybe not so much as a teenager, when my emotions ran rampant... But I really feel I have a good grasp on my emotions- in fact I think it's better than anyone else I know. IP: Logged |

Is that a quincunx between my Moon and Sun? And between Jupiter and Pluto?Yes I've heard the Grand Trine can make one almost lazy, but the Kite is the more fortunate formation- causing some tension and energy with the opposition.... IP: Logged |

Neptune is the traditional ruler of the 12th, so this is true that you'll feel a Neptunian influence based on house position. Oppositions also operate like a see-saw, so perhaps you're see-saw is tilted in the direction of your moon. IP: Logged |

Green lines are the quincunx. I don't see any unless you did not request them when you got the chart. Do you feel "lazy"? Do you feel "satisfied" with yourself?IP: Logged |

Nope. That's my chart as-is from astro.com.I absolutely felt lazy and unsatisfied when I was a bit younger. I am much more motivated now, and feel very happy with myself, but procrastination has always been a problem with me. IP: Logged |

Hmm. I'm happy with my life. I'm satisfied by my job. I have time to pursue my passions/interests. I have a family that I'm very close with. I've had a fortunate life so far. And on a superficial level I think I'm pretty attractive...I take good care of myself. IP: Logged |

OK so Moon in the 12th for a female could be a hard time with the mother then? Ok --your chart is super easy except the 12th house things and a few squares.Do you want to delve in to the 12th house things If so bump it! IP: Logged |
