You do not set goals which are too high for you to meet. Sometimes you set them too low but this is not often the case. You struggle with HOW high you want to set them -a little bit but this is not a huge issue. I am just saying that you may struggle with it a little. In simple words--you are not sure how ambitious you are. You vary somewhat in being "ambitious" if you get what I mean IP: Logged

Not all your energy is frontward moving. These things make you pull in from other people ,pull in to your own shell of safety. It is not a huge amount though. It is a tendency rather than a totally fixed state. If left to your own devices you would prolly pull in to your shell but you have NOT. Does this fit? IP: Logged

Write it as a letter and sign it with your normal signature. Write 3 or 4 good sized paragraphs. IP: Logged

The things to "work on" Try to heal deep seated pains which pull you inside yourself. You carry these pains as "suitcases" from the past which are heavy burdens in the present. How to do it?
