I'll try to help you.
First with Chiron conjuncting your MC, I'd say that a career related to healing should suit you. Also you have Pluto in 1st house, maybe psychology.
Moon an Jupiter in 11th in virgo trine Neptune and Uranus in 3rd in Cap plus venus and mars in 3rd too, I'd suggest counselling. Maybe social counselling? Social sevice? Helping people deal with their life, something like that.

These are your key life areas.
Chiron in 10th suggests you will have pain somehow with career.
This makes me thing you may have an unusual career which breaks barriers in some way and makes people uncomfortable.
You are a strong presence,tooI am thinking of Lenny Bruce when I was thinking about pain with career .he broke so many barriers with his humor. Does this fit with you Darling?
