 So, the first thing that jumps out to me is the fact that you're an Earth void but you have Taurus on the DC. Do you find yourself drawn to people who do have a strong Earth to them to fill the void and help you ground yourself? Or do their organized ways drive you bonkers? IP: Logged |

The ruler of your 10th is in the 8th, and you've got that 8th house stellium. I know you just put up your psychic reading website, so that would be you putting your 8th house stuff into your career, no? Plus Neptune in the 12th sextile Pluto conjunct MC. Am I on the right track with that?Also, with the MC in Leo, do you feel like you need recognition with what you do career-wise? So then someone who is a fiery earth might be a little too brash with their advice, whereas a watery earth would have more or a soft approach? That's probably your Cancer placements speaking. The other chart does not have any asteroids .I can put it on if it makes it easier for you. Interesting about the Ruler of the 10th. My Career would be under the 8th house auspices. That is so interesting cuz I have had many careers.
None really hit me the way this does. I liked them OK but did not adore them the way I do this.
This is uber 8th house lol I did not see that about Neptune either.See how much we all need each other.
We are all students except for the professionals lol I don't know if I need stokes for my career. Never thought of that. I was thinking that I like to shine . I need love. I need to exchange heart warming things with people.
I think I need that more than monetary success per se.
I will have to think more on it.
Do you want to put your chart up again and I can look at it again and we can dialogue on it as well !

You know NL Your insights really helped me to see something new.
I was made to feel SO ashamed of wanting to shine.
I was made to feel so humiliated for wanting normal approval and normal caring from others.
My mother made me feel it was weak and dependent.
I see now how I have been ashamed of this natural need.

I was reading an article on the Leo MC last night, oddly enough, and it said that the biggest thing for them isn't being successful or making lots of money -- it's about feeling important. Having people's approval and being able to shine. I know you have issues with your mother, and I wouldn't know the first place to look in the chart for that, but I'm glad that something I pointed out helps! Anywho, I have to go for now. I'm looking for anything that will pay me at this point. I graduated with a BA in English in 08. Been unemployed since the end of September. Your South Node is all up in your 8th house conglomeration. The North node is in the 2nd. The 8th house is comfortable to you. It comes easily, yes? We've already covered your Earth void, so I'd imagine 2nd house things aren't so easy? The ruler of the 2nd is Jupiter in the 9th, so perhaps that Saggie/Jupiter energy can be a key to help you focus on growing in that arena?IP: Logged |

Anyway,the Quincunx is my struggle with being earth bound (the 2nd house) and my struggle with being bold(Sag) I have to try to make all these different parts become ONE. That is the story of the Quincunx and how I came to love that aspect so much! Ruler of the 9th is in the 8th. DO you bring 8th house things into your spirituality? I'm very open-minded and love things out of the norm (probably thanks to Uranus conj ASC) so hearing about your beliefs tickles me. I went to Catholic school growing up and that's all I knew, then I went to college and met people with beliefs all over the map. Athiests to Jews to Muslims to Wiccans. I love the diversity. I faxed my resume for a position that actually used to be my friend's. I am acquainted with a couple of people who work there through my friend, but she kind of burned some bridges when she left. Hopefully being friends with her doesn't work against me! And it's a part time gig, but part time is better than no time. IP: Logged |

I do
I got an International Vegetarian Cookbook and tried African and Thai. I already knew Japanese cooking from being macrobiotic for 7 years.
That almost killed me but that is another story  ------------------

I am such a picky eater. Exotic food scares the bejesus out of me. I've been getting better about trying things as I've gotten older. That's what scares me the most about teaching in Korea - not a different culture or teaching children, but having to eat food that is totally foreign to me.  IP: Logged |
