It seems that Pluto and Saturn in hard aspect is not a good thing to have, because Pluto wants change, transformation whereas Saturn wants stability and conservation. So these two are at odds with each other. My Saturn may be limiting your Pluto, and since it's right on your IC, it may mean that I am "preventing" you from moving to your MC. Not sure if that makes any sense. But I think Saturn on the IC is a powerful connection. My Saturn is like a grounding factor for your deepest self. It probably brings a sense of security also.
