Yes I feel it is hard to reach out to people as I am more of an introvert. I don't like first meetings where there is a crowd of people. If it were only one or two people, then it would be easier for me to communicate.
I am not too sure about me being a strong communicator though.

Not to barge in, but she means the planetary ruler of your 3rd house and 9th house (Venus--rules Libra and Taurus) is located in your 1st house.
