I get a 6 of cups which makes me feel that this is about your unresolved issues with people in power (parents, boss, et.) rather than your boss's feelings. What I mean is that perhaps this person behaves within loose boundaries with you and this confuses you because you have this issue with loose boundaries and power. We attract in life what we need to learn from.
Again, I'm not saying this person's behavior is proper or not (if you are sexually harassed please speak to your HR or someone in authority). All I'm saying is that it is possible your own issues get in the way of handling this boss properly. Someone with no issues for instance would be able to put this kind of boss in their position.
Now of course if you are interested in your boss too, then again this card seems pertinent. You rehash old wounds trying to heal them in this relationship (or fantasy of one). Hope this helps a bit.

thank you so much for replying to me. yes, you are spot on, this is pretty much a new job. i am sort of interested i think because there is noone to like right now. so to put bluntly this means i am playing with authority or something? i am going to do nothing since this is my boss. many thanks! Yes, you might explore your past issues (if any) with authority figures. Just something the 6 of cups indicates. It's all a projection. As long as you are not acting on your innocent crush, this is a nice opportunity for you to heal any past wounds on this matter (for instance, absent or abusive father figure - I assume you are a girl!). quote:

yes, i am a girl  i did have an absent father. not to sound stupid but how can i heal past wounds with this situation i guess in my head? just keep on working and assume my boss who is a little younger than me is just being a nice boss and friendly? i would catch by the corner of my eye him looking at me when he passes by but that could be a check that i am working working working!

You don't sound stupid at all.
The way it goes is like this: our Self is looking in life for the lessons it needs the most. So, because you were raised with an absent father, you intuitively/unconsciously are looking for the father figure you never had as a child (6 of cups symbolizes childhood) and so it's very natural that a man is attractive to you when something about him reminds you "Dad", in this case his status as an authority figure.
How to heal it? Do not act on the crush, is one way. Recognize that you do not really know the person; what you like is a projection your Self is making due to your childhood issue. Second, seek to understand your past relationships under the light of this crush; how many of your past bf's were "father figures" which made them attractive to you even though you had nothing in common as people? Once you understand how the projection works, the fog lifts up and eventually you will start see men objectively for who they really are and not through the myopic lenses of a projection. This realization could free up a lot of emotional energy as you get past your old wounds. That's healing! :-)PS: I do have a psychology sci background so all this is not just conjectures. Hi! Just thought i'd respond to this thread and say i was already pregnant when i wrote this and asked my question, unknowingly pregnant! Took a test on sat, after having lots of symptoms. I had a dream last week that i gave birth to twin boys and that encouraged me to take the test, alongside the symptoms (my mums a twin too, with a twin bro) How very strange that the nine of cups card came up, as i read that in divination this card can represent pregnancy (the cups represent time.. nine months in time) So thought i'd let u no that ur card readin was very spot on!!
