Ami has been doing my chart in another post and here's my chart again but with transitions. Looking at what I've been and how the current situation is might help me dig deeper why I am having so many issues lately. Mostly emotional and mental. But I've made myself sick quite a few times physically as well by doing nothing actually. Here it is:
