I asked what experiences your trip to Nicaragua in December will bring you. I did a seven-card progression spread.

Ok now bear with me, this is the first time I'm reading for other people like this. The first card representing the past tells me that everything was pretty clear cut, the boundaries where clearly defined and you knew what was what. What was acceptable or not. Perhaps a bit to rigid but not cruel, maybe a bit cold and unloving but fair all the same.

The Chariot, how you saw yourself. You saw your self with strength as a person with unrelenting pursuit of what they wanted (Aries type of energy). You at times thought yourself better than others for your ability and upbringing of seeing things so crystal clear.
With two of discs you learned about the many choices of life, of the stresses that can make someone choose a certain path. I think perhaps someone came into your life that made this easier or more apparent for you to see. Did you face a choice between a more spiritual lifestyle versus a more materialistic one?

Your present circumstances is the Knight of Cups, there's some unresolved emotional issue that has most likely pushed you to take this trip. What I see is that there was a sort of easiness to life until somehow, someone, presented you with a choice, maybe it was yourself your unrest at everything being simple. You wanted to feel something, to be more alive, spontaneous to live in the moment instead of calculating and balancing.

The Devil is the new influence that enters your life. Without looking at the meaning of the card I feel like trip will be something very unexpected for you. I think you will have to face your own shadows things you've kept hidden for a long time. With the ten of discs being the card that follows I'm inclined to ask if you of Nicaraguan heritage and have never gone there before? In which case the devil could represent that part of yourself you never knew before. Be careful of possible deception, not excluding self-deception.

The Ten of discs represents how these influences (the Devil) will affect you. I think these influences will shake the foundations on which you grew up on. They will change how you see your family (by family I include extended, generational family).

The outcome is the Eight of Discs, you will take something from this, it will make you grow. Maybe you will find a new job that is more fulfilling, that you will enjoy doing. You'll find that balance between the spiritual world and the materialistic one. You may take more pleasure in moments of solace.

now..i want to go again because i want to escape again. i want to feel that freedom and awe again, but i feel this time will be different..i feel like something major is going to happen. you may be right about it causing me to grow . interestingly enough the Devil card came up in another person's reading that they had done for me regarding the same question

From the Seven of Rods I'm going to assume that this a move that was unexpected of you, many people expect you to fail but you continue to forge ahead a smile on your face. The issues that cannot be ignored is the Queen of Rods, ok to be honest this kinda stumps me. I feel like there will be a woman, a lost love of the man you are expecting help from (I'm assuming a bit here). This woman will challenge you. She may be from your life as well, your mother I think. This will be a woman that knows things, is intuitive and understanding. I don't feel an opposition of harshness but more of like a challenge of growth.

You can make your own I'm artistically challenged and rather attached to this specific deck so I never tried but I have thought of just finding pictures or creating some sort of abstract images that mean something to me. You could do the same with yours and they will be more personal that way.
