While shuffling the cards I asked about your career as you are hoping to find a third diploma. I had some interesting cards come up.
I drew three cards, Triumph, Destiny and Heartache and Loss
I cannot tell you exactly what you should go for (I am not quite as experienced with readings to really know that and am not about to guess and get it wrong) but I can say that you will be well on your way to finding your true destiny and being successful but you will experience some "heartache and loss" in the process. There may be some sacrifices to be made, or it could just be the frustration of changing directions.
I drew one more card to really get a feel of what the issues may be, your struggles before obtaining your "destiny" and I pulled Disruption. There is somethng in your life that is not on solid ground and it will fall apart on you and it is likely you already knew it would. Whatever it is, likely your current job or even lifestyle choices, are not stabilized and it is time for it/them to end and for you to get a fresh start. You need to refocus your goals and where you are headed. Obviously this subject has been playing on your mind for some time now and something needs to be done about it.
It may seem stressful, or even depressing, but just know there is a reason for everything and when things fall apart like that there is reason for it and it is very important that you try to figure out why it didn't work for you in the first place.
This disruption will be upsetting to you but this change is what is going to lead you to your destiny and if you work hard at it and do what truly makes you happy but in a realistic sense not just what has been idealized. I think once you finally realize your true calling you will be successful.

I did a reading asking about your love life. I realize it's been quite some time since I did your last reading, as well as everyone else so things have probably changed in your life.

I feel there is something regarding your love life that you need to speak up about. You need to stand up for yourself and be able to communicate your thoughts and ideas freely. Are you in a relationship right now? If not I would say this may be an issue for you in most relationships or that this could be something you struggled with in a past relationship that may be brought up again.
Or is it hard for partners to really stand up to you? That I am not sure, still a novice at this stuff

I feel really bad for the wait. How is your pregnancy coming along? I know you're due next month, I just hope I've actually done the reading in time.

I pulled two cards for you: hope and recognition and reward
These are both obviously very positive cards, and this reading is strong with hope being a major arcana card.
I suppose these are very self-explanatory.
I cannot say for you whether or not you will have a water baby but the birth of this child is going to bring so much joy and happiness that the way your child is born is not going to seem to important.
A new child being brought into the world is such a beautiful thing all on its own but I truly feel like you are going to make an excellent mother and this baby is going to bring a lot of happiness and "hope" into many lives.
You will receive a lot of positive attention and likely to be given a lot of respect in the process. Things are looking brighter and it really just seems like happy times are ahead.

You were asking what was with the man you had met? I pulled the Power card.Then I drew the New Beginnings card.
This man has a lot of personal strength and will. How were your interactions with him? Was there a forceful energy?
Then I drew the New Beginnings card.
This man is extremely independent and follows his own rules. He may even be bossy and controlling. He wants his own way. He has a strong, determined spirit and probably has a lot of confidence.
