This is a relaly urgent and stressful situation here. My brother is a student in another country. His visa is about to finish (tomorrow) and he has to leave the country, IF, by tomorrow evening he cannot file the application.Now the problem is that to file the application he needs a document which he cannot get, because there is one trouble or another. he has been using everything and every resource in his control to get hold of that document, but the problem is that it seems like its a test for him whether or not he can get the doc by tomorrow evening.If they don't issue him the document now, they will in December that means he has to go to his home-country and apply a fresh application which he does not want since that also means wasting his four months till February session for post-graduate.Now I posed the question, "will he get the visa?" I don't know which house to look at, him getting the visa - 1st and 3rd
the authorities granting him visa- 9th and 3rd
or it will be 7th house since its not just a trip, rather its like living there Any help will be much appreciated Besides, I posed the question, not him, thus I used my location and time, not his.

I'm sorry, honey, I never got to see this thread.  I would've replied if I had seen it. I'm really sorry for what your brother had to go through. The horary is a bit mixed. I used 3rd ruler (Mercury) for him and 9th from the 3rd (Saturn) for him getting the visa. I also checked the 10th from the 3rd (Jupiter - the authorities). It seems like he did have a lot of trouble with it, but I think a woman helped him or could have helped him. 3 reasons:
-he doesn't apply directly to Saturn except by antiscia, this means a subtle way of acting, not directly going in there and solve the matter, but by something behind the scenes, maybe through an intermediary
-he applies to conjunct Venus, which disposites Saturn. An influential woman with the power to turn the scales in his favor
-Moon applies to him and reunites him with Jupiter (the authorities), from whom he was separating by opposition. So there is a strong indication that he could get the visa with the help of a woman of influence. IP: Logged |

thank you Hera for reading, He did not get the visa he is coming back. will apply for a fresh one I'm not sure. Spot on about lots of trouble and someone else was working for him, he wasn't directly involved in paper-work (Thanks God otherwise he might have done something even worst)  Thank you again

I'm sorry to hear. It felt like a no, but I was having difficulty saying that out loud. Still think that maybe if this woman would have intervened for him, might have helped him get it. But I guess the aspects were frustrated (it has crossed my mind) - Jupiter comes between Moon and Mercury; Moon approaches Mercury sooner than he approaches Venus, so maybe that's why. Thank you for the feedback, I always like to look at the chart again after the answer has happened, to see what I did wrong or right. IP: Logged |

IDK this is a hard one to read.. I cant figure out who he is.. Here.. Why H9 for him?? H3 is Siblings
H3 is also documents.
