I take it this is a natal chart.Since Sun is in Cancer and Moon in Sag conj MC, I take it that your emotional needs for home and nurturing are best satisfied in the context of higher education, philosophy, travel, foreign cultures (perhaps a love especially for ethnic foods), and kids, home, fun. The native of this chart is very creative and draws a lot of satisfaction from dealing with 5th house matters (arts, fun, kids, love affairs, anything light-hearted and joy-loving). This is denoted by the trines of the Sag Moon to the Leo Mars and Venus in the 5th. Nept and Uranus in the 10th color the ambitions for professional achievement. Nept rules the ASC (physique and external personality) and Uranus the 11th house of wishes and friends and groups. This is a very sociable and artistic personality. It would make a great educator or a nanny for families with small kids or an artist (esp. actor) with a focus on artistic education of audiences of a tender age. The 5th house is the culmination of this chart. I would suggest a focus on 5th house matters for prosperity and happiness. IP: Logged |

Thank you Anongirl this pretty much firs the bill. Is it better to use a chart in equal? Because when I use Placidus it changes the placements and such... and it's hard to denote which one you more strongly identify with. IP: Logged |

You're welcome! About equal vs. placidus, I suggest that you do both charts and compare the house differences, then think what resonates with you (that's *your* natal chart, right?). Only you can tell which one represents you best. Astrologers are pretty divided on whether the equal houses system or Placidus or any other house system is the "best". Placidus is used by default at astrodient and most people use it by default, but still the last word belongs to the native of the chart. However if you are new to astrology, I would suggest you don't mess with house systems until you know a thing or two about astrology though (or until you can afford to pay a good astrologer to help you figure it out). Since the reading above resonated, the house system you used in the chart above will do. Trust that for now and only explore further if you are inclined to do so. Hope this helps. Anongrl10

Thanks Anon girl.. I've been told though for those born at Very High latitudes (I was born in Scotland) It's better to use Equal house because the Placidus can mess up the house cusps where some span 3 signs and some span only 1/2 a sign.Hey Ami I"ve been alright, just busy with school and stuff IP: Logged |

I didn't know where you were born since the chart has been anonymized. Yes, well, you have one more good reason to stick with the chart that resonated in the reading above, i.e. equal house system.

Hi Anon girl, I have been using Placidus, but something didnt feel right about the houses (it makes my 10H very strong, but while I do value my career, I am not that driven). So Ami helped me ratify it and now I go by equal. I see your reading for others on charts and find them quite insightful. Wondering if you could help me look at mine. I am sort of at some career crossroad and maybe you could help read what would looks like a good career focus for me or what kind of home/career balance would resonate with my natal characteristics. Moon trine Venus--very, very charming. Understands woman and is in touch with his feminine side.

Moon trine Mars---prolly can deal with his anger and his masculine side well, does not explode in to tantrums, feels connected to his masculine side. His drive is under his control and not, vice--versa.------------------ Want a peek in to my journal? http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/

Nep and Uranus in 10th house. Shake ups with career or in your relationship to society. Also, hard to grasp exactly what is going on with your career and your relationship to society. To put it in practical words, perhaps you would have big shake ups, but not know how to make sense of it. Does any of this fit?------------------ Want a peek in to my journal? http://www.mychristianpsychic.com/
