Shrug... sorry you're having a bad time... but what situations you talking about? I don't think the way you phrased the question is suited for horary (or any sort of reading) - because you are already making a judgement by it. It sounds more like a rhetorical question - maybe that is why the Ascendant is late (impediment for judgement), it means you already know the answer and are asking in confirmation.
But I don't see you in such a bad situation at all, you are Saturn in Libra, in the 9th house. You have essential dignity (natural skills to tackle anything that comes your way). Indeed, you are in a cadent house, but it is one of the most positive out of the cadent houses. The situation feels a little out of your control, but it is not. You are in Via Combusta - not seeing things very clearly, assuming they are worst than they are, and you are conjunct a very positive Fixed Star - Spica.

It's not as bad as it seems.

okay my 1st situation is about my sister everytime she needs me i am always there for her i never criticize  her decisions on her anything she makes only if i know shes really really wrong but other then that im behind her 100 percent so im kind of upset because last night she kept on saying to others ooh i wouldnt keep a baby if i wasnt with the father things like that to make me feel bad ... second im not really worried about telling my mom but just getting it out is kind of nerve raking but i know she will stand by me 100% because she doesnt have that kind of heart and she already went through it with my sister but the only diffrence was that she was 17 ..

Yes, I get that there is some tension between you and your sister at the moment, she is in the house of your open enemies and you are in her detriment (upset with her at present).

Your Mom will have your back, she is applying for a sextile to you in 2 time frames (weeks or months). But it seems like your mom will support you and your decision.
