I am working on a friend's chart.

She has 29th degree sun in Virgo & 29th degree moon in Aquarius.

On the net, I read conflicting information on the 29th degree.

Is it good or bad ?

"bad"---it is a "frozen" degree. it makes one feel that one foot is in the past and one in the future and the person may feel stuck on the present. It makes the person feel indecisive. I knew someone with Sun and Moon in the 29 th degree, too.

It is "critical", not necessarily bad. Can become, depends how each person handles the energies.

I've got Moon and Neptune at 29 Sag. I agree about being indecissive, also about feeling "stuck" in the present, while living either in the past or the future.

It is the weakest degree of the sign, but has a certain particularity, which I think makes it a wonderful gift, rather than a curse. It has the characteristics of the sign it is in, but also of the sign next to it AND the one previous to it (explanation lies in the dwads). It's like having a planet in 3 signs simultaneously! Some identify with the sign the planet is in, some identify with the next or the previous. I can identify with all 3 of them (Scorpio, Sag, Cap), at least for my Moon.

Thank you for your replies.

My friend can be quite indecisive , but once she decides, she pushes really hard.
Even to the point of becoming annoying

On a web-site, I found this info

" VIRGO — People with a Sun or other planet in late degrees of Virgo often gain fame for work in design and especially dress design. Virgo rules textiles even tho Leo rules high fashion "

which is so correct. She studied fashion design and working as a designer.

Somewhere else, I read also people with late degrees sun can get married to a man who is useless.

That is true about her as well. She had a nasty divorce with him.

So, still I am not sure which way to look whenever I see 29th degree.

What about 15th degree Venus in Leo? (9th)

She has Jupiter, Sun, Saturn all in the 10th. I believe she will be famous one day.

Are there "fame" aspects ?
