I am not planning to have kids anytime soon and I want to be certain of who I am with before I have kids. But I have some questions out of curiosity.

I have pisces in the 5th cusp and I read that this means disillusionment associated with children and I need to make sacrifices for children. In addition my 5th cusp is empty except I do happen to have asteroid Juno in the 5th. Juno opposes my Saturn and inconjuncts uranus and jupiter.

Does the fact that 5th is empty means that I will not have children? Based on placements describe should I even have them?

Basically any insight on these placements in connection to having children will be appreciated. Thanks,

P.S. when I was little I had a great concern to help poor children and now as an adult I have a great desire to adopt. It’s like I want to adopt more than I want to have my own child.

one thing I can tell you is that nothing brings you closer to your partner than having a baby but children don't solve relationship problems, they do drive you nuts but bring you so much joy and warmth into your heart.

Plenty of people have nothing in their natal 5th house and still have kids. Having children is a natural urge which cannot be entirely overridden by astrological influence. It has to be a choice on some level. Cayce used to say that there is a mate for everyone who wants one. I will add to that there is a child for everyone who wants one. Besides, you very well could have aspects to your (correct, verified) 5th house cusp in declination or in longitude.

You should have children if you want them, but keep your options open so as not to create frustration. Why not adopt? There are many children out there who have been in perpetual foster care because they aren't the right color/ethnicity/age for white people wanting white children. Having children should be about GIVING LOVE.

Ultimately it is the woman's choice whether she gives birth to a biological child. I personally would never argue over this, and acknowledge my wife's wishes as final.

So in your clear mind using verbalization and visualization to capture the experience of the end result, co-create an outcome in which you see yourself happy with the child who needs your Love. See you and your husband happy.

Tell the Universe what you want, but say and see that you are willing to be the mother of the one who most needs your Love. Do this a couple times, then just leave it and see what happens.
