Hi guys,I have asked this question before, but I'd like help from you generous souls  I am at a place in my career where I am feeling more and more unsatisfied and where I feel like my personality and abilities don't fit. When I applied for the job, I thought it would lead me somewhere that I wanted to go, but it seems like I don't fit. Soon I'll have a meeting with my manager, where I'll suggest he helps me to get somewhere else, but right now, I am a bit clueless. It seems like everything I thought I'd be good at, I am not so much!
I will post my chart, but first I need to know what astroids and which house system you'd like me to apply.

I am including what Ami Anne helped me conclude from my chart. Ami dear, if you read this, I know that you asked me questions, but because I confirm it all, I changed them into statements :
Mars in Aries in the 10th
Career is really important to you
Jupiter in 11th
You love groups and being part of groups. These give you good feelings.
Mars in Aries in 10th Quinc Pluto in Scorp in the 5th.
Your goal is career.You are on fire for career and to make a place in society

You have good luck and happiness in groups
Mars in 10th Aries sq Nep and merc in Cap in 7th
You are practical in your thinking i.e common sense.
You are really direct in your speech to the point that you are so bold and honest that you hurt people.
You have a hard time seeing your goals You are pulled between the goal of marriage and the goal of career and don't know how you can put the 2 together. You will earn money through service

I have been pretty busy with work... and today I had a not so nice speech from my manager, who diplomatically put it, that I am too rude towards other managers in our organization and that I should not confront them at all.
