This person is quite "full" of themselves and almost high-a lot of frontal lobe brain use-the situation and their ideas and perceptions are perhaps blinding them or they are choosing to ignore the danger or possibility of danger their position has them in.
While many of the people being urged down this "revolutionary road" have similar wants, needs, thoughts, and perceptions as the "urger" not all do-there are those that seem to fit in with the masses but would, if given the chance, "shoot him/her down" from their leadership position . This could be really shooting him/her down or metaphorically...there is some danger and the culprits would not be found out because they blend in to the faceless masses so well and are on the same road. These folks are base and lack the passion the leader and others show. They would knock the leader off his feet in passing just to do it.
The incline seems to be the lower part of a mountain or very tall hill. The people being urged to forge ahead down the pathway are really not being led as much as urged on.
Do you have an old revolutionary type hero-maybe along the lines more of a Che or Fidel? o you look at or study old films spotlighting these types? i am wondering only where the film features in (It can be a representation meaning something else of course).
The focus is on only this one area of the road. When I try to look forward to where these folks are actually headed it is dark and shadowy (maybe late afternoon in a hilly or mountainous region) and i only see them passing and moving. Where they are coming from is lighter but also only this one section of road shows. It does not show where they have come from or where they will end up-or how he/she got their almost mountain goat like balance on the side of the rugged incline-(some Capricorn aspects?)
The film is old and a little distorted and shows the same thing as described but it has an end showing like the end of old films on a reel. "Under" the film is the real action which shows the same scenario.

Not too much color some article of red on the urger and here and there among the passing crowds (all going the same way without stopping). I hesitate to interpret as only you can do so BUT perhaps while the people can be urged down the road there is still much work to 'en-light-en' them. There is enough charismatic energy getting them to move.
