Lately (last several months really) I've had a major problem with constant delays. Like no matter what I do, I cannot seem to be "on time" for anything. Today I should have been at least a few minutes early at the latest, yet somehow at the offramp to get to work, wound up just missing the green light and wound up behind a long line of cars held up by two tractor trailers doing half the speed limit the entire way past my workplace, otherwise as I said, I would have been at least a few minutes early. I must note that THAT has never happened before in my 18 months of this job, but it's usually stupid (expletive deleted) like this that happens. Yes, I left 10 minutes or so earlier than normal to factor for the weather that wasn't nearly as bad a factor that I had anticipated. This is but an example of the constant delays. Also these constant stupid delays have resulted in me getting a similar "you think your special..." ultimatum speech Neo got in the first Matrix movie from his supervisor the morning he overslept after meeting Trinity. On a related note I have also grown to supremely hate my commute and, realizing the advancement and creative potential of this job is practically nonexistant (when I'm a creative creature by nature), as well as the fact the potential positions I could try to advance into are so-called "Management level" (and "Management" employees are expecting to spend a fifth consecutive year with no raises despite a change in the state Governor, and no I did not join the Union), I've found myself matching several things on the checklists of "is it time to leave your job" checklists online as well. (granted, a "top reasons to keep your job" checklist rated equally high, and I realize I do need to eat and pay for gas at least, so that's also an argument for keeping the job that I realize).

Other examples include having to wait for a slowpoke to pass my driveway, even at (or especially at) off-hours, constantly, to get out... or I go to rush to the bathroom (trying to get caught up at work getting as much done as possible) only to have to wait for custodians to move the custodial cart out of the way, JUST as I need to desperately use the facilities, to actually be able to GET to said facilities. Or the network at work goes down JUST as I need to save something. (Or in one instance, power went out for a half hour and resulted in an early out).

Also facing... well, for the moment I've numbed myself to any romantic possibility because I don't feel myself frankly to be in a position to look at the moment. So what happens tonight? The latest in the line of ladies to break my heart just happens to show up to the bar and wants to be buddy-buddy... Not happening until I get action elsewhere. (Perhaps somewhat selfish, but after countless straight passovers for other men and, in the last 3+ cases, passovers for people I considered friends who knew I was going for it, it's my policy and as I say to other friends who confront me about it: nonnegotiable. The 11.5 year "dry spell" is also influencing my decision as I refuse to be the "backup", just sick of it).

And on top of that, I'm about to hit meltdown stage. And as my local friends can attest, that is NEVER good.

Is there something in my transits that may be exasperating this that I'm missing? Because this is getting extremely [another string of expletives deleted] frustrating.

Also, as I have listed a few spiritual asteroids, I found myself under extreme psychic attack today repeatedly (I couldn't even do my complete gym routine for the day, it was that pervasive). I usually know when it's just the bad vibes of people having a bad day around me and no... this was directed. Possibly multiple sources is what I'm feeling.

Finally, my dad has been bugging me (I'm forced to live with him for the last several years due to financial reasons, despite having a moderate-paying job at the moment. Yes, debt.) about his thankless job, and this has gone on since at least 2009. This is not helping the mentality or energies of my situation, yet it's almost as if he's resigned to his position and it's helping along with the other things to bring me down.

Obviously I need some major changes in my life at this point. I'm wondering if the transits aren't pointing to this at this exact moment in time as well.

I'd like to see your natal, transits, and progressed combined. But right off the bat, transiting Mars in Virgo is moving forward (soon to go Rx again) conjunct your MC which seems huge to me! This back and forth movement we've been experiencing is both the best and worst of Virgoan energy: critical, analytical, insightful, goal-oriented...with it bein Mars, this affects everyone in the way we are living our lives, taking care of our bodies - change is occurring for many finally! For you, it's just wearing a groove on your MC lately, and your NN: these changes you're reflecting on making but hesitating to do anything about, are the source of your unhappiness.

Mars demands action, and though you're a cusper, you seem to me to experience your world as a Virgo (Sun) - which explains your agitation as well. Despite the fact that transiting Mars is 22d away from your Sun, it's been hanging out in Virgo since...I can't recall the start-date (help me with that - it's going to be an 8 month transit though). Mars and the Sun in conjunction isn't always a great thing - it creates an excitability and combustibility (have you been prone to outbursts recently?) I've got a 3d conjunction of Mars/Sun in Aquarius - and I'm a total hothead sometimes.

Regarding women, and you being the 'friend' repeatedly - Transit. Saturn is in your 11th house Libra...Friendships/Relationships/Lessons we can't avoid. F*** Saturn...but, the pain we experience from Saturn's lessons is so memorable - we truly do integrate it and move forward.

Lastly, your father and you seem to be reflecting one another's dissatisfaction in your careers. It won't be until 10/12 that Saturn moves into Scorpio, still your 11th house initially; but eventually your 12th. Square your 8th house Cancer, wherein you have Jupiter (opportunity, expansion, luck) conjunct Lilith.

Transiting Jupiter (and Lilith) are in Taurus. This sign is all about self-worth, material wealth, home in terms of tangible goods. Jupiter has been here since Summer - and was Rx for a bit. Though Taurus/Cancer are a sextile and thus supportive relationship, I feel this transit in conduct with Mars (and let's not forget Pluto and Saturn) have a lot to do with your experiences of late.

Try not to worry, learn more about these energies, and how to work with them. And, sounds like you could stand to get a new job!

As far as the changes thing, there's been a recent bit of synchronicity here... Been out for Chinese food with my dad a few times in the last couple weeks, and twice in a row I got the same fortune. The fortune was:

WOW! About that fortune - I don't usually take those with any amount of seriousness. I usually actually make the typical game of them - but either way you do it - change is the order of the day!

So, what will you do? What is the Creative line of work your heart is craving? Mercury in Leo, 9th House...MC Virgo...Perhaps Directing a Non-Profit of the Arts?

I use Equal house system and your Exalted moon in taurus would be 6th house, but it is afflicted by opp to uranus (a divorce aspect) I notice Transiting Saturn has past almost two years been T 11th house (until 3' scorpio then moves 12th for next 2.5yrs) This is been testing friendships, what is of value to you in friendships,social groups and hopes and wishes. You may well have lost a few casual acquaintences through this....

Currently T Saturn is square to natal Jupiter which reigns in any expansion plans.
Jupiter is exalted BUT is unaspected so doesn't know how to function properly

T Jupiter has been in your 5th house of romance for pract last 12months and when it gets to 3' taurus will move into your 6th for next 12months, so this should help with work, co-workers and working environment.
