I can't post a chart bc I'm on a cell phone but these are my placements:

Sun-aqua (27°)
Moon-sag (27°)
Mercury-pisces (14°)
Venus-aries (10°)
Mars-cancer (08°)
Jupiter-libra (14°)
Saturn-aqua (21°)
Uranus-cap (20°)
Neptune-cap (20°)
Pluto-scorpio (25°)
N.node-sag (19°)
And my rising sign is either libra or scorpio. When i do birth charts i get either one of them so idk which it really is : /

I would be more interested in seeing your house placements.

But having venus in aries would attract aries and libra suns.

You can get an immediate chart interpretation from astro.com. From ‘free horoscopes tab look for free 'personal portrait' or ‘astroclick portrait’ interpretation of a natal chart in the free horoscope section, you simply put the cursor on a planet and it brings a pop up box to explain what it means to have a planet in that house and any other aspects it has to natal planets. plus a six month free transit report in 'short report' Robert Hand gives a valuable in depth explanation of transits here – only slight objection I have with astro, is they use orbs of upto maybe 10' approaching, exact and departing. So most transits seem very long in effect. I use more realistic orbs of 1' approaching, 1' exact and 1' departing.

When i do one chart i get scorpio, on another i get libra. Once i got taurus rising so I'm kinda confused about which is the actual one.

My birth info is 2/15/1993, 11:16pm, sandy springs ga

Your ascendent is in scorpio so that explains why you attract scorpios but it specially explains why YOU like scorpios. I would think you attract specially libras because your 12th house cusp is in libra and also bc your venus is in aries and Sun libra at the right degree would oppose your venus and that creates attraction. The same goes for Aries Suns as at the right degree it can conjunct your venus which creates comfort and attraction.

I would like to add that your descendant is in Taurus ruled by Venus which is also the ruler of Libra. That in turn will explain why you attract or like Libras. I have scorpio ascendant as well, thus taurus on the descendant and I like Libra or Venusian types

Your Mars in Cancer could also make you attracted to water signs, such as Scorpios. And the fire in your chart could attract you to Fire signs but the post above where they mention your descendant is definitely one indicator of what your attracted to as this is usually your hidden self, taurus so you may be attracted to earth signs, also because they reflect the hidden part of yourself and allow you through your relationship to learn about your inner self.
