OK Sun and Venus in the 12th. I assume I gave you my articles on this. Do you want to talk about the 12th house planets, in terms of how the 12th house feels, to you do you want to move on?

It is a 12th house, unaspected Aries venus. I think we should talk about it. I think we should talk about the aspects to your 12th house Sun,too.

I am finding that I should go more step by step, rather than skip around.

I would love to hear what you have to say about the unaspected Aries Venus and the 12th House. (You said you had an unaspected Venus also and said it was rare). I did read the article you wrote. But any insight would be appreciated. And yes, going step-by-step would be easier...

I will only use this thread. Thank you for setting it up. I'm really excited...

Good! I am excited, too. OK, the Aries Venus. Lets discuss that, first. It is said to make a woman the one to chase men and perhaps want a man who is more passive. The man with the Aries Venus will not chase and will want to be chased. He will be more passive.

What do you think?

I am a social butterfly when out and about. I love meeting new people. As far as men, I approach them. I love to flirt and have fun. I have a good sense of humor and I feel completely at home with myself. (I would say confident). When actually attracted to a man..I will definitely let him know. I am all too aware of feelings (Pisces Sun) so I never "promise more then I am willing to give" as to not lead a man on. BUT I do enjoy the chase....

This is all said with being the more aggressive one but only in the context of flirtatiousness. I don't sleep around (and honestly wish it was easy for me to do that because I think I am missing a lot in my life...LOL) BUT, I am such a romantic that I have to build some kind of trust with the man so most of the time I just retreat.

(Venus in the 12th House) I do crave love and attention so I think the chase fulfills this need in me.

Does this sound correct in what you stated? I can delve deeper if need be.

Yes Aries Venus woman will "chase". Sleeping around is a whole other thing

To me, the core of the 12th house Venus would be the yearning for love but not really understanding the "mechanics" of getting there. The "path" to it is "hidden". Do you resonate with that?

Venus in the 12th House
By amiann | Published: January 21, 2012 |

Venus may be one of the hardest planets to have in the 12th house. Neptune is thought to be the easiest, followed by Jupiter. After that, it is a matter of opinion, perhaps. To me, Venus seems hard. We, all, need love. Love is the soul food for the human. Venus is the planet of love, all love, not just that between lovers. The 12th house Venus seems to sit on the sidelines and watch love go by. There does not seem to be much for her. She may think that the outer world is denying her, but that is not the case. The outer world, reflects the inner world, in most cases. This Venus hurts too much to put herself forward and risk rejection. She may try, but she may find herself hiding under the bed, as the result of the effort and vowing not to try, again. Love seems to come easily to some. To Venus in the 12th house, she is a creature of the next dimension, as are all holder sof 12th house planets. As such, she needs a lover to take her hand and encourage her to come out, that she is loved despite her flaws, which she magnifies more than any one else could. Be gentle with this Venus. You will have a special creature love you, if she gives you her heart.

Unaspected Planets —Buried Treasure
By amiann | Published: January 20, 2012 |

An unaspected planet is rare. I do not believe in past lives ,as I am a Christian. However, many astrologers say that an unaspected planet is a gift for good deeds in past lives. I say this, to say that an unaspected planet is a gift. However, it is a strange gift, in that it can stay unwrapped. The person with the unaspected planet is an anomaly, as he is both gifted and retarded in the traits of the unaspected planet. Let me explain. The unaspected planet does not grow in a normal way. Aspects can be likened to parents. They shape the child, planet in this case. The planet without aspects can run free. He may soar. He may plummet or he may hide. However, he is called upon to deal with a treasure, as a person of royalty. He has both a burden and an opportunity. Each planet deals with a part of the human experience. Venus deals with love. Mercury deals with the mind. Uranus deals with creativity. Pluto deals with power. The Sun deals with identity. The moon deals with emotions. Mars deals with all forms of drive, which includes anger, passion, and aggression.

The unaspected Venus deals with all things Venus rules. Venus rules love and beauty. Venus loves a harmonious environment. People with a strong Venus may be gifted in interior design. Venus ruled people may have creative talents in music and art. Venus ruled people may be lazy, on the down side. Picture a rotund nude eating grapes. That is a picture of Venus. The unaspected Venus has to deal with love, in all it’s many forms. This Venus must figure out how love functions. This is a weighty proposition, but it is his destiny. If he is courageous, he may find that he understands the depths of love. This love is not limited to lovers. It is about the quality of love operating within all humans.

The unaspected Mercury wants to imbibe words. He may collect dictionaries, repositories of words. He may collect pens, the tools of words. When he reads, he may look up words, as he wants to understand subtle meanings. The unaspected Mercury may get so lost in words that he does not understand emotions.

The unaspected Uranus is highly creative. He will make a unique imprint wherever you may find him. He will be copied by others, but does not care to copy others. He is an independent sort.Mozart was thought to be an unaspected Uranus.

The unaspected Pluto will need to deal with power. He may be a despot or a powerful democratic leader as was, both, both Castro and JFK.

The unaspected Neptune will need to deal with the next dimension. The next dimension is that of creativity, daydreaming, drugs and spirituality. When one leaves this realm, even for a moment, as in daydreaming, one has entered the next dimension. The unaspected Neptune must go in to the next dimension and come out with his feet on the ground. Then, he will be worthy of offering succor to others.

More Information on Unaspected Planets
By amiann | Published: January 19, 2012 |

As I learn more , I have more to add on various subjects. I was just doing the chart of an Unaspected Mercury. There is a certain unique dynamic with Unaspected planets. One craves the nature of the planet. With an Unaspected mercury, one craves words. One may collect dictionaries, as one Unaspected Mercury did. One may collect pens and pencils. One loves anything to do with the mind. With the unaspected Venus, one craves love, all the various forms of love. The Unaspected venus can be charming. As such, he would be popular. However to the person, himself, he wants to imbibe love, as if he were thirsty . However, if one puts ones attention and effort on the Unaspected planet, one will find that he will have a unique genius in the dealings of the planet.

Hi Ami Anne!! I love the writings you did on the unaspected planets and Venus in the 12th House. I keep re-reading them to absorb the info. Thank you!

I'm not sure about your quote above. Could you possibly re-word it differently?

I do 'yearn for love' (look at my siggy!! hahahahaha...) I do know I am 'loved' but I don't always feel it when I have been told. Yet it is what I search for, crave, and need. I just feel blank.

Maybe I answered my own question?....

First I will talk about the 12th house Venus. This one is very reticent to come out. It is very sensitive and shy. It does not want to be hurt. I do not have venus here, so cannot really understand the pain of it. I have Neptune here and that is filled with pain, but venus would be harder, I think.

The unaspected Venus must learn to deal in the currency of love. That is it's quest. I am on that quest and it is really a wonderful one.

As far as the 12th house, I think you need to let your pain out to someone, as the 12th house pents things up.

I am sorry i don't have more to add. I will put some info up that is helping my deep sorrow. With your Venus there, you have deep sorrow, too.

This article is dedicated to Gabby, my Enlightened Witness. Thank you, Gabby. What is an Enlightened Witness and why is it important? The term is taken from Alice Miller, one of the foremost authorities in child abuse. Alice has a wonderful website which you can visit. Alice has made ground breaking discoveries on what it takes to heal childhood abuse. Her information is unlike any other. She gave us the concept of an Enlightened Witness, although the practice is not new. Perhaps, the priest in the confessional was an Enlightened Witness. Perhaps, a beloved grandmother was an Enlightened Witness. Anyone can be an E.W. There is no special training. Special training may get in the way. There are certain basic criteria that must be met, though. These are crucial. Without these, the person is not an EW. The EW must be committed to listen, no matter how scary or gory it gets. They must be able to bear your story without trying to fix you by giving advice. This can be harder than you might think. People have painful lives. The natural inclination is to try to take away the pain. However, you are not helping the person. The person needs to feel his pain and release it. The EW needs to help the person bear it by being there, next to that person. The EW can encourage the person, but never try to give advice. The person with the pain KNOWS all the advice. We, all, do. Endeavor to be an EW for someone. Find someone who will be that for you. Study the concept and all of Alice Millers writings. She is a gift to humanity and to the abused child.

The Venus quest, huh? I'm not sure what I am suppose to do. I love that you say that the quest is a beautiful one. But I don't quite understand.

As far as the 12th house....and being pent up...you feel I need to talk with someone. Are you suggesting a therapist? You also mention deep sorrow. I have told you fear rules my life (depression, panic disorder, etc.) so that, I feel, is my deep pain/sorrow. It is constantly with me. I function but not in the way I want to.

I read what you wrote about "Gabby, my Enlightened Witness" and I am sorry for your pain but very happy you found what you need to help you. ((((hugs))))

And...yes..you did give me the article on Venus in the 12th House but I thank you again! I keep re-reading to try to absorb. It is somewhat over-whelming but I am soooo excited with everything I am learning.

I think I'm feeling a little lost this evening. I just am not comprehending.
