Hi Everyone!

I am D. I'm a girl. I'm having trouble in my relationship at the moment. I want to be able to understand myself better and my boyfriend.

A little history. We met online in August and decided to go on a date in September. By October, we were in a relationship. I know there is an age-gap but that doesn't bother us. I don't know if race plays a factor.

I do adore my boyfriend K. We're both sexually attractive to each other and want the same thing and have important values and don't like it when people are unreliable and take their partner for granted but for some reason we don't communicate well and I guess we approach things very differently. For some reason, I'm started to feel like I'm a guy in the relationship and put in more effort than he does.

If anyone has any insights on who I am as a person, or who he is, or how we are when we are together, please feel free to post. I am a real beginner when it comes to astrology. Sorry, if there is a lot of dumb questions. I just want to understand the reasons why he is the way he is with me and vice versa. Thank you so much for your help!

I did read cafe-astrology.com but I don't know if it is accurate.

Looking at your chart first, ruler of 7th aries/mars is conj IC and exalted in Cappi. this suggests you are really looking for a partner that will become totally involved in family matter and home roots...this could also suggest that family introduce you to partner via family get togethers, functions etc

Now, ruler of 7th mars and ruler of 1st venus are in lovely trine aspect, which is excellent news. I don't see any typcial divorce aspects

Sun exalted and moon domicile in square aspect shows divorced parents and problems integrating inner and outer self. http://www.skyscript.co.uk/sunaspects.html#susmo

Now sun is very challenged by your 3planets in cappi 3rd house. these outers will seriously modify the way your sun expresses itself..You should remember we are ALL multi faceted human beings..

So, sun square saturn, shows a lack of rapport with father.
Sun square uranus shows impatience and is one my list of divorce aspects. It's not guaranteed of course, just a possibility.
Sun square Neptune can experience an identity crisis in teenage years and not having a male archetypal influence in early childhood.

Sun is also apex for common T Square AND a singleton. Your overall charts seems practical (earth element) and emotional (water element) the chart lacks fire and air planets, however, you have four planets in air houses to help compensate and two planets in fire houses...

Moon conj MC suggests many changes of jobs, work and opp mars equals bossy mother and emotionally assertive nature.

In the male chart moon in aries and moon in cancer are 90' square signs, not great.

His moon is handle for bucket chart.
Bucket chart http://www.myastrologybook.com/Bucket-planetary-pattern-astrology.htm http://en.mimi.hu/astrology/bucket.html http://www.skyscript.co.uk/aspects2.html http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Natal_astrology#Aspect_patterns http://www.bobmarksastrologer.com/funnel.html http://www.astrococktail.com/planetaryorderIII.html

mars quincunx moon is bossiest mother alive

Moon Quincunx Mars
“Learning to be emotionally consistent is harder for you than for most people because your feelings and desires cover such a wide range of possible expression. Your manner of self expression can inadvertently add weight and encouragement to components of your personality that you actually wish to minimize or even transform. It takes much experimentation with relationships in order to have emotions that serve your higher needs rather than just running amuck on their own mission of blind, disconnected expression. Either artistic or idealistic goals are necessary to achieve satisfaction” http://www.cafeastrology.com/natal/quincunxinterpretations.html

“shows that you lack self control in expressing your feelings. You tend to misjudge people and to form binding alliances with individuals who take advantage of your indulgence. Even when others abuse and misuse you, you never raise a hand to defend yourself. You feel powerless to oppose the oppressive demands that people make of your talents, and when they exploit you, you are bitter and disappointed. Your greatest problem is to resolve the conflict between your desire to be useful to people and their expectations that you will make up for their deficiencies.”

From the book ‘Aspects and Personality’ by Karen Hamaker-Zondag

Mars conj uranus is bad temper aspect and/or accident prone http://www.skyscript.co.uk/marsaspects.html#macur

venus conj uranus IS a classic divorce aspect
Saturn square neptune can sometimes get depressed.
Saturn conj Neptune http://astrologyforthesoul.com/billstreett/satnepgestalt.html http://astrology.astrozoom.com/index.php?title=NEPTUNE_CONJUNCTION_OR_PARALLEL_TO_SATURN

Saturn conj/square/opposite neptune can show a fear of the unknown..although these are generational planets, posited in bottom left quadrant makes them felt internally...It can also be linked to depression when triggered and/or having your childhood dreams crushed by father, males and/or authority figures.

Saturn is a sinlgeton, plus a fire grand trine

Uranus conj MC suggests sudden changes in career and position. Would be good with computers, electronics or sciences even..

*Uranus conjunct Midheaven

"You will most definitely want the freedom to express your own unique ideas in your public life, as you make your contribution to society. You are likely to enjoy change and variety, and may make sudden career changes or possibly experience such changes thrown at you. You may prefer an unusual type of career or occupation, one that offers adventure and excitement, danger even, but certainly one that does not rely upon too much routine and regularity. For women, this can often be found in the charts of those who choose careers and professions that are not normally associated with females, such as working on a mine site, driving a truck, or diving on sunken wrecks: perhaps something that has a touch of the unusual about it. For men, this can be found in the charts of those who often face danger in their given occupation, explosives expert, racing driver, jockey or life saver.

Your chosen profession would need to incorporate an element of the unusual, the original, and allow for a degree of freedom of expression. You may be seen by others as highly independent, original and even somewhat out of line with conventional thinking. You will probably seek a career that encompasses the potential to be able to make your own decisions, rather than following strict guidelines laid down by others. You are more likely to want to follow your own rules, and will not take too kindly to having to toe the conventional line in terms of your career." http://rugdeeaustralia.tripod.com/id18.html

In the male chart ruler of 1st and 7th don't have any major aspects, just a weak bi quintile

Ruler of the Seventh House in the Third House
"You have a strong mental connection to your partner and your partner may be able to easily influence your ideas.
Partnerships may have a brother/sister quality about them or perhaps they're like a teacher to you in some regard.
In certain situations, you'll have to learn to firmly stand your ground as other people may openly oppose some of your ideas." http://www.skyviewzone.com/astrology/houserulerships.htm#hr7

Ascendant signs, libra and Cappi are again in 90' square signs

Hemispheres and quadrants http://wilsontc.stormloader.com/Step_2_Self_and_other_focus.htm#continue http://www.astrotheme.com/planets-distribution.php http://www.lunarliving.org/astrology/hemispheres_quadrants1.shtml http://www.cafeastrology.com/articles/hemisphereemphasis.html

Notice the male chart only has moon below the horizon showing an extrovert nature. Whilst the female chart has only 3above and 7below with is far more subjective, introvert
