okay this is my second time asking this question so lets see how it goes this time..

i Feel like if the only way ill finish school is if im caged in somewhere because i procrastinate too much.. i don't get anything done because i leave it for the next day and never do it all i do is be home all day so being in a program like job corps wouldn't bother me the only thing that would kind of scare me is being away from my mom or having a nasty roommate

question ::
Should i go ?

Yes, as you`ve already asked it as you stated above, and the late ASC reflects that.

(you can ask the same question only once, at least within a reasonable timeframe)

1. Significator of your home is mars and of mother jupiter and pluto...the chart shows clearly that your attachment to home and mother are obstacles for you achieving your career objectives. Your mother will be supportive of your decision to pursue an education and the chart indicates that you should go for it.

Significators of you are mercury and moon

Significator of higher education are uranus, neptune and chiron

2. I found interesting that NN is in Sag and sag rules getting a higher education, going to school ect...and on top of it NN is landing in the 11th house of hopes and dreams and is squaring venus in the 10th. So you are worried about your future, education and development of career and is showing in the chart and feel frustrated that your hopes, dreams and career are not taking off.

I would think roommate would be ruler of the third house which will be the Sun....Sun (roommate) conjuncts mercury (you) so you two will get along. Also Sun forms a soft aspect to one of your significators of higher learning for you in this chart so roommate will not be a distraction and may be an alley in your pursuit for higher learning. At the very least it shows roommate will not be a problem. This finding is further reinforced with Sun (roommate) forming a semisextile with chiron (one significator of higher learning).

Sun does sesquisquare mars (mars) and squares jupiter (mother) but then sextiles pluto (mother) so your mother will not be thrilled about you having a roommate at first but will end up approving and been ok with it.

Last Sun(roommate) squares saturn in the 5th so roommate will be just a roommate and this will not lead to dating or romance.

In conclusion at first it will be hard on you and even on family and mother a bit the separation but this is what is best, it will work out in the end and you and family will adapt to changing circumstances.

You will like your roommate and your mother will be supportive of decision even if there is some resistance at first, in the end she wants you to get an education even if she is not thrill about you going away.

On Late degrees:

Several other English astrologers of this period, including John Gadbury and Henry Coley, interpreted the early/late degrees on the ascendant as indicators of “knavery and stupidity of the querent” and the absence of spontaneity. Gadbury, for instance, interpreted it as a hint that the querent had already posed the same question to some other astrologer and is now only testing the current one. Coley suggests the same, whereas Partridge thinks that only the late degrees rising convey such a message. This leads us to another consideration which stresses the necessity of posing a particular question only once, which means that there’s only one horary chart relevant for a particular question. By posing the same question more than once, the horary chart loses its focus, conveys contradictory information and becomes useless for proper judgment.
http://www.horaryastrology.info/2010/02/considerations-before-judgment.html

You were honest that this is your second time asking the question and you shouldn't ask the same question twice but I like horary charts they feel like a big puzzle to me so read it for you anyways bc is fun and is good practice and I get to make you feel like you were heard and taken seriously and I like making people feel loved.

also if ruler of the hour is the same as ruler of the ascendent the late degree rule can be exempt but I have no idea yet how to determine ruler of the hour. Hopefully I'll find something good online on this .

Based on this link: http://www.renaissanceastrology.com/planetaryhoursarticle.html

the ruler of the hour you asked question based on it been asked on Thursday is the Sun and ruler of ascendent is mercury so yes is suppose to be not readable since you already asked question.

Curious: last time you asked this question did the horary also suggest that you should go for it??

This is the answer i got last time but not on this forum

The AC is late degree which may indicate a foregone conclusion or the question is moot, perhaps things have already been set and isn't that much that can do to change things at this point.

Mercury rules the AC in 11H Leo.

Venus rules the 9H of higher education such as Job Corps. Venus in fall combust Sun which deposits Mercury.

Mars in fall in MC intercepted. This is not immediately taken into equation and may effect things in unusual ways elsewhere.

Moon is intercepted in it's detriment in 4H. It doesn't want to leave home. But, doesn't have a good background and can't break out of it's shell or what is holding it back to express. It is in an angle that is the accidental strength.

Moon applies Trine to Venus, however the Sun interferes with perfection in more than one way. There is no aspect to Mercury Moon, nor M/R. Moon squares Saturn in the AC. Saturn is like what you should do. This indicates that it would be too difficult to go to do. You should do something that you are passionate about if want to succeed. You have to learn independence and self reliance and how to be a professional which is something that may be too young to grasp easily without having a passion for using that angle to get ahead. It also indicates that don't have enough perspective and may be inhibited and find it too daunting. It isn't impossible, but might not be something that would be perfect for you in particular. Need a more gentle mentoring program that can maintain family and friends network of support which have already in place. The job corps is an option that seems too much interferes with going through that exile and trouble. It might lead to success, but perhaps haven't reached the level of maturity to take advantage of it yet or will find something are passionate about and circumvent the need to do that.

I feel that it will lead to success but you are your own worst enemy right now. Your attachment to home and mother/family is keeping you from moving forward and yes part of it is a maturity thing and yes change is hard but is necessary for personal growth so although going away from home may prove difficult at first you will adapt and end up been happy with your decision to move forward.

Part of growing up is finding who you are away from your roots. Once you get your degree you would have grown a lot as a result of going away and can then return to your roots with a stronger sense of self and of who you are outside of expectations from family etc....

if the idea of moving away for school terrifies you though you are not ready and shouldn't do it yet and perhaps wait longer as you are young so is ok.

On late and early ASC-degrees in horary:

Probably the chart can still be read, especially if it reflects the condition of the question well. But there have to be the "caveats" considered: A late or early degree is part of the interpretation itself.

What I find more important is that you usually cannot ask the same question twice, if it already had been answered; the subsequent charts may get more and more vague or simply wrong.

It still is a good possibility for exercise, but I wouldn`t really put too much hopes on the interpretation, derived from this.
