Stemming from this thread:
http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/211873.html

I was wondering what my Venus in the 11th and it's aspects are saying about how I'll find love. Has the 11th house represented anything other than the typical groups/friends/organizations when it came to you meeting people?

Also, how does my 11th house Venus aspecting stuff in the 8th house mold the interpretation?

Basic astrology forum, How to approach Synastry http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum12/private-jjLYZw161/HTML/000667.html

Venus is in detriment in aries http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Detriment_(astrology)

so planets are modified by signs, where they express are houses and how they express are aspects....

Venus is afflicted by squares to Neptune and Saturn in 7th (Equal house system)
Venus of couse is in 10th house

I am sure you are 'quite capable' of delinating your own chart. So why not give us *your opinion* thereby giving members a starting point or platform for delinating.

to make a chart bigger to see the degree press ctrl and + sign...

Houses/signs are like the backdrop of a stage/theatre, planets in houses behave like actors on a stage, the *aspects* show how these planets/actor behave in a house

So from the link you posted then

Anyway, my Venus is in the 11th house ruled by Aries. It's square Saturn and Neptune in the 8th (Whole signs), doesn't make an aspect to Juno at all but is sextile my ASC in Gemini and semi-sextile my... true node in Pisces in the 10th house. It's also quintile Chiron in Cancer in the 2nd, which I suppose means something to learn about being nurtured by others.

I usually meet dates through third parties (friends), or make friends with the guys first. I think that's why I haven't had a relationship really. It takes me SOOOO long to actually call someone a friend, and that's if my interest and the rapport is kept up long enough. I'm not really one to try that hard anymore, so if I keep in touch with someone longer than a semester there's a pretty good chance I'm interested on some level. I've also done online dating with some unpleasant experiences.

I met my ex-boyfriend through a girl I befriended in one my classes. I felt the Venus square Saturn aspect with him the WORST. It was the WORST I have ever felt in a relationship and has scared me from entering another one although that fear is fading away now.

I wonder if Venus square Neptune is perhaps why my friends think I'll go great with someone only for the person to be completely not my type or beneath me (yes, I said it. Some people are beneath me... doesn't mean they don't deserve love, just not with me in particular.)

However, I can say that each dating experience has definitely refined and shaped my standards. I've evolved because of them which I suspects happens to everyone, but nevertheless.

Ruler of the Seventh House in the Twelfth House

"With regards to marriage and other close partnerships, you could find yourself playing a supportive role from behind-the-scenes in some way. Your partner may have past life issues to finish up with you this time around. At some point, you may involve yourself in a partnership that has a hidden quality about it, or you could become involved with someone who is not free in the usual sense." http://www.skyviewzone.com/astrology/houserulerships.htm#hr7

I think astrology is amazing and how many times people *speak their charts* your statement about some people being 'beneath you' is SOOOOOoooo Capricorn and 10th house, confirming to me at leat having your stellium in 10th not 11th.

capricorn can be very calculating and want people to be of *value to them* to improve their status in some way. this ethos goes for things they purchase to, expecting things to last for donkeys years and wanting value for money...

venus in 11th is not bothered about status and won't like clingy friends either * would prob have some unsual friends

You're going to persist until I switch to Equal signs aren't you? LOL. Sigh. Let me go through and see what you've conjured up.

I've read this too, but I'm unsure how to translate it into an every-day situation. Is it like becoming involved with someone who's in prison? And fits back to the whole "unavailable" appeal. Sigh. There's things in both equal and whole signs that apply, but I give up trying to get you to only interpret whole signs when it comes to my chart.

Could Jupiter in the 12th suggest I'm lucky in any way? Does it mean I'll be with a heavyset partner? I know I can be with anyone I choose, I'm just asking.

I agree, but I don't think you can make a big assumption like that off one statement. It's like Eva Mendez going out with Danny Devito or... Frankenstein, I don't know. It's an unlikely pairing.

Hmm. So maybe my stellium is in the 10th? Because I know clingy friends don't bother me. Well, it bothers me but I tolerate it because they're good people.

I have to go to work, I'll check back later as now I'm intrigued about equal signs.

How large of an influence does my Capricorn stellium play in my EMOTIONS, and in my general energy/aura?

If you want to talk about *emotions* we look to your exalted moon in 11th.With only one challenge to pluto ,poss showing problems with mother..

"Moon opposition Pluto
The opposition between the Moon and Pluto suggests a very demonstrative show of affections and a strong sensitivity to any signs of rejection. Occasionally, this aspect denotes the loner. You try to control your family and friends, often displaying emotional vehemence in your relationships. This aspect may show an alternating from aggressiveness to austerity in love and romance. This aspect brings jealousy, impulsiveness and sensuality. Perhaps because of your relationship with your parents, you may feel rejected occasionally, and you may seek drastic solutions to your problems. You must learn to handle your attitude of intolerance in relationships." http://www.skyscript.co.uk/moonaspects.html#moopl

So, if you want to discuss your venus stellium in 10th this HAS to be a two way street here so what do you do workwise?

In my earlier posts I posted info on pluto in 5th AND 6th SO which do you identify with please???

Really?? it seemed well explained and simplistic to me..

Well I could respond and answer this BUT it would be going OFF topic and considering how 'ungrateful' you are, you will have to research this yourself...

Really? I've been doing this an awful long time, and usually 2+2=4
