I was thinking of this question last night while out with friends chit chating but only gota put this on a chart now... so does it matter? Cos The one below is date/time today b4 when I post to lindaland.

FOr horary you post the chart when the question became clear to you, so if that was last night, than you use that time and place.

The Ascendant is in early degrees and Saturn is in the 1st, and those are strictures against judgement, it's probably too early to ask that question.

With that being said, your significator, Venus, is in the 7th, so you are more interested in the quesited than he is in you.
Furthermore, his significator Mars is in the 12th, which means he may be hiding something/being secretive.

I hope someone who's good at horary will help you with this!

I'm sorry Doux Reve... I put the wrong location for the first chart. Very sorry.. The location should be Singapore, which makes the ascendant at libra 11'39... So I guess the question is valid.. If so, what you mentioned about him in 12th house and I in 7th house still applies.

I'm confused lately.. .

So, in your opinion, he is someone I already have met?

A nice chart, first glance, i start with the end, i think you have met him.
I talk you through it.
You are venus, Saturn in exaltation R, and the Moon, Moon and venus in detriment
He is Mars R , and Jupiter.
Now the Moon has just made a trine to Jupiter, so the contact has been made, you have met.
Both of you have a R significator, so that could very well mean you are going to meet again.
The Moon is going to make a trine to Mars, so another sign of meeting again.
The last aspect of the Moon is a square with Saturn R, so there are hurdles to overcome, there are difficulties on the road, so be aware of that.
The pars of fortune is in the same degree as Jupiter, a good sign.

As Doux reve said above, Saturn in 1, caution required with this chart.

Out on a limb here with that question, Moon in a mutable house, cardinal sign, one degree difference, maybe a month ago???

Hehe.. I was thinking the <1 degree will meant either less than a month or less than a year.

I'm happy with the answer. As long as it is not more than 2 years ago, it is an answer I can accept.
