So my question was about who will be my future partner.. [yep still i had a hope that i will meet someone mature whom i'll be attracted too..]

and ascendant-me is in scorpio in 10th house..or it shows that i'm lookin for persone who will be older than me and manly but that person characterized by venus in detriment in house of fun,affairs and children [I hate young boys blah] SO I Think he doesn't meet my expectations? have a nice day,

It is more difficult to read a question that is neither a yes or no answer, which is why I think people have not answered you. I am less versed in horary but I will try to give you something... also, we don't know your exact question so this is difficult.I assume you are female, if you are not then some of this will be inaccurate. You are Mars and Moon.
He is Venus and Sun. Venus and Mars are aspecting but it is an aspect which requires a change in conditions before it can happen. Venus is in the 5th house which can mean that there can be an affair but it may not be lasting. I think this can also indicate your longing for this romance. The Sun is aspecting Rx Saturn in the 11th. I think this indicates that you will either change your desires or that your desires will be delayed or frustrated regarding this man. Your 2 signs are both in strong houses but your Mars is Rx and on it's way into another house in Rx...maybe you will just change your mind about this person or the kind of man you want. I cannot say for certain but it seems that your interests lie in settling down with someone, but before you will meet your desired partner there will be some unexpected, possibly unsettling events.
