That are 2 restrictions, so the voc moon tels a few things, Nothing will come of it , or you will drop the question or issue, there is no 'go' in the matter, what you are worried about is probably not going to happen, there are certain signs where the voc moon can be active, so have a look at that, but when there are good aspects between the 2 mainsignificators,(not the moon) then they can override a voc moon.also if the moon can make an aspect over a cusp within 3 degrees. when the moon is voc in Taurus, cancer, saggi or pisces , the voc moon is not valid mostly. experience for yourself.when the voc moon is conjunct, sextile, trine of parallel the pars fortune, there will be a good outcome.
Late degree, you already know the answer, things have developed already and you can't do anything about it anymore. It is too late. Things are as they are, the decision is made.
