No aspect but it's applying an aspect but with the rulers on both side are rx(saturn rx/mars rx) and the planets are coming up to an opposition, and venus/mars are coming to a square applying.. I think it's going to have a lot of delays regarding the question.

Im not an expert in horary so maybe someone else can chime in.
