The one thing I noticed is that your SR MC is in Virgo, therefore ruled by Mercury. Mercury in the SR chart is at an anaretic degree (29) and is also retrograde so I would imagine that whatever you're up to right now career-wise is going to involve tying up some loose ends and there may be a necessity to finish what you started before any change occurs. The retrograde seems to imply the same thing - there will be a delay in the changes you want to make but possibly after tying up those loose needs you'll be freed up to make those changes.

I also noticed that SR Mars which is also in your SR 10th house is retrograde as well so that would seem to follow the pattern I just spoke about. Retro planets in an SR (Mercury, Venus and Mars are the only ones worth considering when it comes to retros here) usually mean that there is some type of delay or something that must be finished.

In addition, your SR 6th house is ruled by Mars so this would also follow the pattern that your day to day life is connected to that career change. I don't know that it means that you will actually be changing your career, but perhaps simply the way you go about your day to day work routine.

Edited to add: Ruler of your natal MC is Moon which conjuncts your natal Moon in the 7th. In addition, your natal Mars which is prominent in your SR 10th house, is falling into the 7th house of your SR. Another pattern that makes me wonder how your partnership(s) plays into these changes...?
