Since you are the querent here and rising sign is capricorn saturn is your signficator.

Since you are asking about a romantic partner we look at the 7th house of the chart
which is Cancer which represents him.

Cancer is represented by the moon.

However since you are asking about a love interest we need to look at the sun for him and venus for you.
