I would like to know your views on my interpretation of a tarot reading about my work. I need to decide about staying or leaving my current position and I am torn between the possibilities.

I did the reading more than 10 days ago, and I asked for insights\advice. I could not find anything new in this reading, but perhaps a more organised view of what's going on inside my head :-)

Peachbeigeblue recently gave me an angel's reading that said wait for the right moment.

I would like to ask for comments on my interpretation, as I am beginning to learn how to do it on my own. Thank you !

Card 1 – symbolizes my situation:Seven of Swords
Feeling cautious, tempted to run away from a situation, but does not feel ready to face it, trying to avoid it. Tempted to take an easy way out, rather than go after what really want.

Card 2 – what is influencing the situation for better or for worse: Eight of Swords
Narrow view of the matter, paralysed by fear of the result of decisions, fear to run risks

Card 3 – is the foundation of the issue: Eight of Cups
Time to move on from a situation that is no longer satisfying and to look for a new one

Card 4 – the past, influences that are now passing away: Two of Cups
Positive emotional involvement with work, seeks emotional involvement with harmony in work, or had a crush with someone at work.

Card 5 – what is on my mind at this time: The Emperor
To take control of the situation, to draw a strategy, to be more focused to deal with the situation

Card 6 – near future, influences now coming into play: Knight of Wands
Inspiration on what to do, perhaps a new element to the mental Picture I have in this situation, to make decisions based on intuition

Card 7 – How I see the situation, how it is affecting me at this time: The Lovers
feel the urgency to make a choice, can’t make a choice, the potential influence of that choice in having a future relationship with someone is taken into consideration, none of the (work) options is satisfying enough, want both options.

Card 8 – How others view me in this situation; ways they may help or hinder: The Sun
Having choices, becoming clear about what I want

Card 9 – My hopes or fears: Page of Swords
Fear of not taking a decision while following my own truth, hope I can be brave, decisive.

Card 10 – Suggests an overview: The Tower
Change of life as I knew. Let go of what has been, be cautious and realistic. Create new structures.

Changes are about to come to my workplace - I work for the government.
