What you were asking about is called a natal chart. You need your exact birth time (or as close as you can get because even a minute can make a difference), as well as your location of birth (city).

Since you are asking for a lot of info and astrodienst is such a good place to look first, why don't you go there and then come back here when you have questions.

You might want to put your chart up on photobucket and link it here so that it would be easy for people to read if they don't want to input the calculations for themselves.
