I did a reading for you. I must warn you: I am not experienced at this. This is only my fourth reading for another person... so bear with me :-) I am also just using a deck that I made myself, so I don't know if that would bother you or not but anyway, now you know.

First, I drew the 9 of Cups - This is the card of fulfillment, wishes realized. In this context, maybe this can be representative of your move to Portland? Maybe you were achieving your dreams just by moving there.

Second, I drew The Lovers, reversed - Disharmony, imbalance, avoiding responsibility/consequences. Perhaps you were trying escape something with your move, but it is still lingering around you.

Third, I drew the 9 of Pentacles reversed -
Financial setbacks, overinvestment of time at work at the expense of your personal life. Loss/unwise decisions. For me, this card is difficult to interpret for you. I think it either means that moving to Portland was foolish and costly, and moving back would be sensible, but then I wonder if its not the opposite and perhaps moving back would be the foolish thing to do. I think you should think about this last card and interpret it how you see fit.
