Ok so I was looking at my synastry chart with that one guy I've been talking about all this time.

All our angles conjunct.

His AC to my MC
His MC to my DC
His DC to my IC
His IC to my AC

What does this mean?

not sure if this helps, some articles & links for you:
http://sasstrology.com/2012/02/inner-planets-to-angles-electric-bolts-from-the-blue.ht ml

''Our angles are gateways to our own becoming, which is why they are so potent in relationship ties. Angles aren’t static, but are descriptive of who we are as a work in progress. (In fact, you can see this clearly if you work with secondary progressions, in which the role of the angles becomes crystal clear.) When something touches our angles, it touches the deepest part of our experience as human beings. Angles open up the floodgate of meaningful experience. This is why transits to angles are often more potent than transits to planets.''

also a link from this forum: http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/203033.html

comica23:
''Angle conjunctions are meaningful, coz they are kinda like funnels that filters our charts' energies, so that when these points meets, the couple might affect each other strongly. I guess that AC conjunct MC can mean that the AC person inspires the MC person in his/her life/career path, while the MC person can inspire the AC person of personal growth?''

an article about relationships/marriage lol: http://www.astroknowlogy.com/questions/4d76dff69454795fa000000a/answers/4f67f4 699454797fb00004ff

''Alignment of the angles. The most common is one person’s AC conjunct the other’s MC or IC. Less common but still occurring is AC conjunct AC and AC conjunct DC. I’ve noticed that with marriages, it’s much more likely to be AC conjunct MC, whereas shorter-term relationships, or relationships people have when they’re younger, involve AC conjunct AC or DC. I think this is because the MC/IC axis involves more than just attraction and represents inner/domestic life as well as public life, which tend to become more important in marriages.''

Thank you very much.

I loved the last article in particular.
I think there are a lot of people that assume the venus mars denotes a good relationship and that saturn is a horrid planet to have any synastry aspects.

I don't remember who but someone had mentioned at length that saturn relationships were to be avoided.

I never found venus mars to be too special.

Thank you for the info.

you're welcome! =)

i agree with you about Venus/Mars, I don't find it really special either, give me some Pluto action over that one! lol

and all my family members have at least 1 hard Saturn aspect in synastry! I've read that post on Astro2 some time ago about Saturn & relationships. ridiculous (in my opinion)

Hi Anchi!

So, I guess we agree. hehe.

Pluto seems to have more depth and staying power than the fickle attractions of mars and venus.

Also I would prefer moon venus aspects over the "only sexual" aspects any day. :P

oh i agree Dreaming! =) Moon/Venus trine in particular is one of my favorites to have.

also in the the last link the author mentions this:

Eros/Psyche conjunctions aren’t particularly common in marriages, but seem much more common in relationships that don’t culminate in marriage.

i totally think eros/psyche are overrated. but then again i've never experienced a conjunction. lol i like a nice valentine/amor conjunction to a natal planet though. (the author mentions them)

Depends, of course (regarding Venus/Mars being fickle and Pluto being deeper).

A person could be in one of the best relationships of their lives and it's strong because of Venus/Mars aspects. They could also be in a destructive relationship that was due to a Plutonian influence.

People may get dismissive of certain planets based on past experiences where the synastry wasn't beneficial. Or, simply dismissive for other reason they choose to disclose (or not disclose)

Plus, If a "deeper" planet doesn't aspect a more personal, "fickle" planet, sun, or moon, a person might not feel the effects.

Fickle has as much a place in people's lives as depth does.

Does his dc conjunct ic mean that we had met in a previous life, had some business left over and now we are to move on? I know that karmic r/s are like that: touch and go.

I'm not sure. I think past lives would be more connected with the South Node? also the 12th house I've heard is connected to past lives/karma. then there is asteroid Karma too. lol

but yes a lot of karmic relationships are like that. to help us learn/grow + finish past life unfinished business and then move on. drama. lol =)

Grief, doesn't it make you wish we were equipped before we started this life with all the knowledge, so that we could have a bit of fun? hehe
