synastry/composite is not my expertise, but your stellium(Sun/Venus/Mercury/Pluto) conjuncts his AC, goes into his 1st house. he is very attracted to you indeed/really feels understood by you. his stellium though (Sun/Venus/Mercuy/Moon) falls into your 3rd house & planets are not conjunct an angle/planet. you see him more than anything just as a friend.

the composite Saturn falls in 5th and squares the Sun/Venus/Mercury. One of you would definitely feel oppressed. That's a heavy load. Maybe he doesn't feel it as much cause he has lots of earth in his chart + 3planets in 10th house of Saturn, you have lots of water in your chart + no 10th planets?

Also all the nice aspects are perhaps to 'easy' for a Scorpio like you. I've got planets in 8th house(Scorpio) and I prefer a couple of hard aspects. Specially Pluto stuff needs to be there. I mean he does have his Pluto conjunct your stellium but you two were born pretty close by, so that one probably isn't enough. lol You have no major Pluto aspects in the composite either and the composite Virgo AC probably suits him more than you too.
