There's the Mars Return for this year, which just occurred, well, yesterday morning now (considering it's after midnight )

There are some serious aspects here making this a very busy chart, and yes, in regards to that I'm actually ignoring the extra asteroids.

Here's what's striking out at me:

- Mars in 2nd house, is part of a T-Square AND a Cradle formation. The Cradle/T-Square are connected and all but making a lopsided pentacle/pentagram.
- Pluto is the apex of so much it's not funny. A yod, a T-Square, and directly opposite the Cradle.

The Bigger Patterns:
- Chiron 7th house sextile Pluto 5th house, with Mercury as apex in 12th house.
- Mercury, however, sextiles Jupiter in 10th house, apexing at Pluto to create another Yod.
- Pluto already apex of a T-Square with Mars (4.5 deg orb) and Uranus in 8th house. (I'm operating under the assumption Mars is in orb for Opposition/Square aspects.
- Add to this a Thor's Hammer/Fist of God aspect with Jupiter 10th square Chiron 7th, apexing at Moon/Saturn 2nd house (going into 3rd house by virtue of the 5-ish degrees between Saturn and 3rd house cusp). The fact that Eris in 8th house (maybe impacting 9th house?) is drawing the string to kite that Thor's Hammer is adding a bit of a wild-card element to me.

- Lilith with Algol in 9th house doesn't strike me as warm and fuzzy either, and that's quincunx Moon/Saturn to begin with.

- The Cradle, though... Mars (2nd) Sextile Mercury (12th) , which is sextiling Jupiter (10th), which itself sextiles Uranus (8th)... Cradles are usually a relatively good aspect if I'm not mistaken, although that Mars/Uranus opposition, hmm... definitely need some help with this one.

It certainly sounds like my next 22-24 months are going to be very interesting.

As far as aspects to my natal chart, excluding extra asteroids:
- Mars naturally also conjunct my natal Pluto/Venus
- Mars Return North Node and I.C. conjunct my Ascendant
- Mars Return Ascendant conjuncts natal Saturn

Thoughts on this one?

bump

I should also note I have a solar return coming up on the 22nd, with the previous solar return in 2011 having me feel the Mineral, VA quake up where I was in PA 6 minutes after my solar return point. Will post Solar Return upcoming chart when I get a chance.

The scope of this thread seems to have expanded, and for good reason as I'll explain:

Here's the Solar Return for this year for me, coming up in a few weeks, as promised. Given that this one also has a grand cross (Sun, SR Neptune/Destinn, SR Nodes with SR South Node on May 20 2012 Eclipse point), I'm still trying to figure out the other alignments in the Mars Return from a week ago. Particularly the Pluto configuration.

And... out of curiosity, I did a progression. After some noticing of aspects, I adjusted it until my progressed moon makes a trine to my natal ascendant. Which occurs on November 9th, 2012 of all days... 4 days before the next total Solar Eclipse in Scorpio 21'57".

The thing about that progression date: Progressed Jupiter is also trining natal Ascendant along with the progressed Moon, and Progressed Sun sextiles the natal ascendant, effectively making a progressed minor grand trine. All three progressed bodies will be semisextiling my natal Saturn as well in Virgo.

The next 3-6 months, therefore, are apparently very significant ones for me. With all 3 of these charts as part of the greater whole, ... I'm looking at some very major events coming down the pipeline from what I can tell. (As it stands right now, progressed Jupiter for today trines my ascendant more exact, and progressed moon semisextiles my natal Sun.)

Alright, may have figured part of that Mars Return out already.

In particular: Yod to Mercury on the 12th cusp apexing the sextile between Pluto/Chiron:

The car I had, which was giving me trouble, well, I finally traded it in. It was on its last legs as over last weekend: Head gasket went. Yeah it was starting to do the Spy Hunter thing (that lovely white smoke thing cars do when the head gasket starts to go). The replacement car has been doing relatively ok, though it may need a little work.

Mercury trine Uranus in the 8th comes into play partially as without some cash help from dad I'd have been screwed (he apparently had saved up in those four years he was in that rough job to help me out and I only found out a short time before the self-destruction of my car). Jupiter in the 10th sextiling both Mercury in Uranus makes sense, as this was a major change, and getting the replacement car lets me get to and from work instead of losing the job. I still intend on changing jobs to something higher paying, especially now since Dad just put himself on the line to help me out again.

So yes, communications/transportation was very much in focus, and the death or near-death of something most certainly happened.

I just wish I knew what the Pluto multi-apex was an influence of before I come to that point...

I'd say this Mars Return is already fully activated, and I have almost a couple years of this to go. Plus there's my upcoming Solar Return (posted above also in this thread). Anyone care to take a stab at other interpretations? As far as the solar return, I'm noticing Mars/Saturn/Moon all in the Solar Return 8th house, interesting since they're all in the Mars Return 2nd house, and all are in the position of my natal 10th and 11th houses.
