First I'd like to thank everyone who has taken time to offer readings of any kind to people they don't even know. I know how draining it can be. It's why I stopped giving readings, I've had to much on my plate to deal with even more of an energy drain. I'm happy to see that many have stepped up by offering their services and even people who are very new to reading, whether astrology or tarot, try to help others in their confusion. Secondly, remain open-minded and open-hearted. When reading for someone a connection is made to this person. I feel this way when reading a chart for someone. I feel like I can look at it, and the more I do so, the more I depths I uncover. Similar to when I massage a person, their body tells me a story of their pain and joy, and I as a reader/healer take a part in all that. So please respect that connection.
If for some reason you don't agree or see a different view, ask why they say what they did so that perhaps you as well can understand better. If this isn't possible just say thank-you for the time the other person spent on your reading and move on. All this arguing and finger pointing is creating a disturbance in this sacred space where many come to find comfort and guidance. IP: Logged |

juz to say i am against finger pointing. honestly. no kidding. i don't have anything to blush about/apologise for so far. hope i won't have either. i am wholeheartedly FOR amicability. as stated previously. but thanks for saying that. this is no place for sorting out minor differences. and btw something i said in the epic thread is now cited above with no copyright sign nor inverted commas, LOL  IP: Logged |

I agree little cloud!Even if you do not agree with the answer given to your question, please feel free to say so. But please remember to not be rude or make personal jabs. A simple thank you and Kindness goes a long way. Readings, be it tarot, astrology or psychic, take alot of energy and free time. Atleast acknowledge the effort and say thank you. The rest take it or leave Remember that tarot is in the moment. It is a guide to your current state of energy of your current situation. your first impressions are key as you have personal inside knowledge of your situation. And even the most gifted and advanced reader makes mistakes and gets it wrong... Its ok. Its not a big deal. No reader is 100% accurate, always right, or has final say. As we all make mistakes. Nobody is perfect... Tarot should never replace or influence you to make life altering decisions. Its just a guide as to where your energy regarding your situation is. Its to help you think and reach deep down for inner knowledge and truth. In the end, free will trumps. **Edit**
Even if the cards give you a negative outcome, you can use that to turn your energy, and make a positive outcome happen. Free will trumps everything. Nothing can take that away. True love trumps, planets, tarot, astrology all obstacles.

littlecloud,Thank you for thiis post. I love this forum and in this time of my life I have found great insight in it, lots of generous people. I think we could have a thank you topic.Because as you said, it's not only all the people you give readings who I want to thanks, but also member who share their stories, their advice and who make this place a friendly home. I came from a very cartesian family where I could not talk at all of all those subjects. Here is a place, I could and even if everyone has his way of doing things. I'm just happy to have found it a place I could see so much diversity and enthousiasm. Big thanks to readers who inspire me to finally try to learn from the deck that my friend offered me years ago. I'm not asking anyone to apologize. I put this up as a reminder of what we come to this forum for and in hopes of having everyone better their behavior. My apologies for not citing you lol. I only skimmed through the threads, closing them once I realized they weren't helpin anyone.

littlecloud, but you you were not citing me, i was referring to another message. I APOLOGISE for the ambiguity!!!!! a few hours ago i basically said that doing readings is "draining" and "difficult". nonetheless, yeah, i do love this place and am honestly grateful to whoever has helped me with my stuff and given me the opportunity to offer something in return. kinda my 5pence re: staying positive IP: Logged |

I love this forum, so much as it is greatly appreciated how many members are willing to give their time/energy/caring to help out others. I veyr much thank eveyrone who has given readings, to myself and others and to everyone who participates. It is very nice meeting other people with simialr interests from so many diverse walks of life.

Ohhhh yeah! Can't wait for it to be over.. Lately been feeling eclipses, full moons, retrogrades like really badly, which is new. I wasn't so sensitive to this stuff before. Weird. Anyhow.. THUMBSUP again for this thread!  IP: Logged |

Little cloud you shouldnt close the topic. Anyway I was leaving. The forum needs fresh meat regarding tarot and astrology and I came to realize that there is no place for me here. So I apologize to those who have a sympathy for me but my limit of patience has been already reached. Have a nice day and a nice existence. Good luck to those who are new to tarot and astrology. I am pretty sure they are going to do an excellent job. This is disgustingly petty of me to say this, but I'd hate it for anyone to think I meant them when I didn't. Gonna talk about this no more. @Rosalind: I don't think you should feel unwanted. a coupla ppl who give you names and go mental shouldn't outweigh everyone else. And you shouldn't blame mods, it's really better if we don't wash dirty linen and sound out differences [whoever started first, and it is extremely difficult to stop]. Also a lot of ambiguity stems from the fact there's no private message option. When I read that woman preaching to you about being bitter and that [as if she was entitled to it], I thought something is going in the completely wrong direction. @Rosalind i hope you change your mind in the future, because you are really talented both at astrology & tarot. you have helped so many people with your readings, including me. but i understand your decision, i've seen things get a bit too far these past few weeks. either way, i wish you success and i have my fingers crossed for your dream of moving abroad. good luck and thank you!

that was a tough time for me... reading ur posts and all others' , nd seeking advice made me strong enough.... it helped me adopt an attitude of > que sera sera.... o my ! i used to be such a curious panicked lil gal... feel grown up now..hehe.... bt i lv this wonderful forum n all of u .... i wonder how everyone inds time for each other...i think i need to learn much much more frm everyone...coz if am on job , i fail to get any time for other things.... so, hats off to evryone managing home , jobs , frndships n all other things at the same time... I am glad you understand. I used to do readings in here a while ago, but in the meantime have gone through hard times myself and was in need to healing and in no condition to *give* anymore. There are times when you give, and times when you take. And that is okay, it doesn't make me or anyone else a bad person. I know a few people were hoping for a reading from me at that time and I am sorry that I disappointed them, but on the other hand, sometimes it feels like people are imposing and it makes me a little apprehensive to give readings to people who I feel impose on me. It ruptures all the good energy, you know? And saying NO has been a big lesson to me, since I am very Neptunian. One has to learn their limitations, you know?
