I understand how you feel. Your Sun is at the very last degree of the Pisces sign and the zodiac. The 29th degree is called anaretic, it is a critical degree having to do with endings and starting again, which can be a source of anxiety but also enthusiasm if you choose to view it like that. Both your luminaries are at the Aries Point, another sensitive point, and though both in water signs, they are forming a square suggesting inner tension between your ego and your emotions.

Pisces is a double sign, mutable. More often than not they can appear to be different people all rolled in one. Pisces also have this ability to merge with others, to fusion with their environments, this is why it is so important to find a healthy environment for yourself and be aware of peer pressure.

I understand why you feel lonely and long for a relationship. By this time, Mercury, which is your 7H ruler, has conjuncted your Asc by Solar Arc, bringing this into your focus and sensing your lack of romantic activity might have been quite frustrating. It is hard being alone, I know that very well myself. I believe you will meet someone very special, perhaps your future wife, at the age of 24-25, when your Asc will conjunct by Solar arc your Aries Venus ^_^
