But for now would someone be kind enough to just roughly go over the meaning of this chart? I put a whole bunch of asteroids in there and it looks like a crazy bunch of lines to me

I would start reading but omg there are too many asteroids...I hate to be a bother but if you could keep the main planets w/o all the asteroid business I can get started on your reading.

Well, as a matter of fact, only do this if you want to. You can simply just post a 2nd chart without asteroids as opposed to taking this one down.

Hmmm. It looks like you guys were born within a month of each other. This can mean you have TONS in common, but it can also mean that since you share similar placements, there can be an inability to step back and see issues and problems in the relationship objectively. You two will serve as a mirror for each other's flaws.
You are a Pisces moon and Gemini is an Aquarius moon. Normally, Air and Water looks at each other like "Bwuh?" lol. Like, he might not understand your passivity or emotional capacity.
