These are Sun Sign descriptions with decans(Manilius) I've been working on. I would like to know what you guys think. Right now, it's incomplete, with only Aries, Taurus, Gemini, and decans for Aries. Also, the birth dates are an approximation, give or take 1 or 2 days(or more).

Aries (March 20 - April 19):
Sun in Aries will tend to actively initiate their intelligence into life in general. They start many projects where they try to intelligently discern topics dealing with emotions, intellect, and practicality. They'll intellectualize emotions, find practical solutions, make practical use of emotions, find solutions to technical problems, solutions to emotional problems, etc. They apply their intelligence very broadly, having knowledge on many different aspects of life. They have trouble sticking to these projects, however, losing interest quickly, and moving on to the next project. They tend to have an abrasive way about them, sometimes coming off unrefined or impolite without realizing or understanding it. They tend to be authoritative people, and they'll want to be their own boss. They want to come out on top, to be the best in everything. They'll tend to hold ridiculously high standards for themselves. They tend to have an energetic, productive, and purposeful approach. There is a tendency to be extremely generous. They'll focus on global topics, and will want to make some kind of global impact to change the world. They'll tend to be jovial people. Discipline doesn't come easily to them, they will have a difficult time structuring their will, or being boxed in.

Taurus (April 20 - May 19):
Sun in Taurus will tend to fixate their intelligence into practical matters. They'll tend to concentrate on the practicality of things, finding the best ways to earn money, or fixating on sensory experiences. They feel vitalized by down to earth, practical situations. They tend to focus on their ever-changing emotions and moods. They also tend to have a heavy but comforting presence to strangers and friends, making them charming and relatable people. They don't have much of an energetic or productive approach to life, although they can when it involves down to earth, realistic, material things. They can sometimes be way too busy desiring and attaining material results. Otherwise they enjoy being somewhat inactive. They tend to have a jovial approach. They will also want to make some kind of global impact to change the world. It's best to handle Sun in Taurus with a lot of care and consideration, because they can hold on to past hurts for a longer time than the other signs, until they finally erupt in anger in response to what they perceived as inconsiderate or rude.

They feel vitalized by exchanging and seeking out information on mostly technical knowledge. They will like to gather a lot of trivial knowledge. They can be clever, coming up with solutions to technical problems. They feel vitalized in social and communicative situations, because it's a way to gain knowledge. Sun in Gemini always seem to have someone to hang out with, if one friend isn't available, they'll easily have another. If none of them are available, they'll try to find and make more friends somehow. They like to hang out with a variety of people, from many different walks of life. They seem to be more focused on situations that are happening right in front of them, rather than on global issues. They can, but it doesn't come as easily. Their sense of humor tends to be dark, sarcastic, or focusing on the absurdity of things. They may be tricksters, liars, and conspiratorial.

They'll have a hard time disciplining themselves, or being in extremely structured situations.

They tend to have highly fluctuating emotions. On the surface, however, they won't seem to be very much emotionally or sympathetically engaged, being mostly rigid or abrasive in their approach. They generally have a difficult time being sensitive and sincere to other people. They can, but it doesn't come easily. They'll tend to be inquisitive people. Most of their inquisitiveness will be put into practical and technical knowledge. They tend to focus on the details a lot, rather than the bigger picture. They will tend to be productive and active in attaining only the basic necessities of life. They will tend to focus more on what's happening right in front of them, rather than on global topics. They don't have much of a jovial personality. When they do crack jokes, it tends to be dark, bitter, sarcastic, or jokes revolving around the absurdity of things.

Sun in Scorpio will tend to fixate their intelligence into emotional matters. They will tend to focus mostly on seeking romance, sexual relations, intimate relationships, and thrill-seeking. It's not all fun with Scorpios though, since they will tend to feel depressed a lot. I dont find it very true (being a gem sun/merc myself) it might just be my Cancer moon, but i am more of a reader, thinker, philosopher, and like, more feelingy. The above quote describes my Taurean bro to a T!! How they are very practical and just seem to get those sorts of things. I couldnt do it to save my life!! Now, it may just be me... im curious to see if other gems here are like me and total dunces at electronics and technical stuff, or if im just weird lol

Could you tell me the degrees of your Sun? It may just be that your Sun is in either the Libra decan(Jupiter's triplicity), or Sagittarius decan(Jupiter's domicile). If not, I may need to change my descriptions.

I haven't read anything about the age our Ascendants are supposed to be the most active. What I do know are the ages the other planets are most active.
