he is saturn in libra in sign of my venus...venus is for me,right? and in face of moon minor interest for me...

Your question is not really a 3rd house question, as basically it is about the connection/ relationship between the two of you.
So 1st and 7th house.

You are Moon in Gemini, he is Saturn in Libra.
your cosignificator is Venus in Cancer, his cosignificator is Sun in Leo.

Your significators arenīt really strong in themselves, Venus herself is ruled by the Moon, probably showing your emotional state and your worrying.

He on the other hand is VERY strong. Saturn is exalted in Libra nd Sun is in rulership.
I donīt think you need to worry about him.

Now for your relationship or how you affect each other.

Moon is in Gemini, totally ruled by whatever Mercury represents (in rulership, triplicity and term of Mercury).
Whatever Mercury represents, you are very interested in it.
