As an FYI, I did the spirit communication first. The whole time I was a bit confused, and I couldn't really understand what they were saying. That is typically the case when I'm "in the zone" but once I walked away and went to scan the paper to upload it to my Scribd account for your viewing, I realized, "Oh, geeze! That is what someone is SAYING about me!" Because, I at first I was thinking, "This is not me, I'm not doing that." But I realized that they were telling me that someone else is telling you that about me.

Anyway, I will provide written interpretation later this evening after I've finished my yard work, and htat will be when it's dark (because I won't finish, I'll simply stop working because it's too dark to continue.).

Yes, the visuals will not make much sense to you without my interpretations. it is 7:55 PM here and I'm toast for the evening. I did not even finish mowing the lawn. Ugh. Since I had neglected yard work for the past week and a half, it's overgrown and I had to mow it twice so it wouldn't look like kah-kah. It typically takes me 4 hours to mow front and back but today, I only did the front and about 1/4 of the back. So, I'll have to finish the remainder of the back tomorrow. Anyway, I poured myself a glass of wine and once that happens, no readings for me! haha, but a glass of wine was in order for me tonight!

Anyway, anyway (lol), I'll compose my interpretation for you tomorrow morning while I'm having my coffee.

So, you are engaged in writing? I was wondering what that was all about. I just love the way spirit speaks to us. It is always so fascinating to me.

In the meantime, one very important message was abundantly clear in your reading: RETREAT. You are in great need of an inner retreat. It shows that you really need to take a step back from everything and retreat within yourself for a time. During this time, you're supposed to focus on your physical self, body care. Pay extra attention to your physical being. Pay attention to your exterior beauty during this time of inner retreat. Indulge in more baths with lovely bubbly scents, perfumes, lotions, etc. If you do not already, be sure to provide yourself with manicures and pedicures regularly. If you can't afford that, simply do it yourself. Indulge in fine hair care. Whiten your teeth, or add additional steps to your daily oral care, such as using a plax-type pre-rinse, followed by brushing with pure baking soda, then brush with regular toothpaste followed by a complete mouth wash like Listerine or something like that. Spare no expense, especially time wise, taking care of the physical you. During this time as you focus on inner reflection coupled with your focus on your exterior reflection, you will come to know the answers to your questions, what you seek. Don't jump into making life decisions before you are ready to do so. They're telling me that you need to first focus on your entire being and during that process, all the answers you are looking for will be presented to you and there will be no doubt. This is a period for the beginning of a new you, a new level of love and respect for yourself. A new understanding leading to a new you. You will greatly like this new you if you take the time to indulge in the necessary steps to find this part of you. Retreat is the real message in that reading. Retreating from everything possible. Keep with what you must do in order to survive financially during this process but back away from everything else, even your writing project, and especially your writing project, and retreat into yourself for that is where all your answers lie.

Yes, I'm in research so I write up my findings for publication. The retreat message makes complete sense. I've seriously been neglecting myself the last year since I have been so focused & preoccupied with work. I'm taking a week off at the end of the month, so this message came at a perfect time

It seems that timing has a big part in what I want & I just have to learn to be a bit more patient (very hard to do lol). I feel comforted knowing that the spirits say I will get what I want.

Whenever you have time to complete the interpretation will be fine, don't stress about it. I'm sort off getting the feeling that maybe I shouldn't rush into changing anything regarding my work situation until after my retreat/vacation. But I still think I need to "plant some seeds" before then.

As to the The Moon combined with the 10 of Cups and the "illusory happiness," yes, I think it's easy for anyone to want something so much, or have a strong desire to do something, and in their need to satisfy their want and desire they look for things, situations, people, whatever, that agree with what they want or concoct reasons for why it all fits, etc., and this is the illusory happiness - creating something to be a certain way in our minds when it isn't in our best and highest good and the universe is trying to say that. The universe will send you the signs over and over but free will trumps everything so even if the universe is trying to tell you it isn't right and does so by erecting road blocks that prevent the event from taking form immediately, if you choose to make it happen, then it will happen, and it's you free will to do so. That's the journey we're all on. The key to success is whether or not we learn from our prior mistakes and choose to not repeat them which can be a lot harder than it seems. We're all blinded dumb by the moon, some just more than others. lol

I'd almost bet you've been dreaming about much of this but maybe don't even realize it. If you have any dreams you want to share, there is the "Astral Realm" here and I visit that forum too. I've been studying dreams for about 25 years and that's probably the area I'm most qualified and have the most experience.

Anyway, I think you're starting to get it which is really good. I've jumped into things in the past when all the warming signs were there telling me to do otherwise and I simply ignored them; and, boy-oh-boy, was that ever a bad idea! I don't want to see you do that to yourself.

As to the retreat, the message was more for a long term retreat. Your week off could simply be the beginning of it, and that would be very good for you. This spiritual retreat, though, is definitely long term. It's like soul searching and that takes time, lots of time, so don't be in a rush. It will all work out the way it is supposed to. When one door closes, three more open.

I started "working" on taking more care of myself in 2008 and even started meditating. Definitely noticed a difference in myself & an increase in my intuition. This past year though I completely reverted back into my old ways. My 1 week off will be the perfect time to jump start this again.

Well, now, that's interesting. I'm looking back at the visuals I received when I tried to pull in energy about your work and I see some stuff about my project came through on you. That happened with Novembermuse and Isabelle_lila. Very interesting.

Okay, regarding work, the first thing they said was "commitment" and they show someone writing with a pencil that it far too short to be effective; it's "inadequate". This is telling me that whatever you've compiled that you want to put in writing, the writing instrument or material you are using or want to use is "inadequate" and it's too short. A pencil also is easily "erased" and if anyone wants to make something known permanently, they'll use pen, not a pencil. So, there is something about the work that is not adequate and because of that it will be rendered ineffective to work with.

They continuously showed me a hand trying to write but not actually doing it. Again, it shows only a small amount obtained, and I'm assuming this means information and then I hear "go with". Are you trying to move forward with a paper when you've not adequate material?

Then it shows a hand, the writing hand, "retreating" into itself, into it's sleeve, like one does when their hands are cold but it was a "retreat".

Strangely, they showed a woman on her back, upside down with this mess regurgitating out of her mouth. She looked like me. And I kept hearing "makeup" "protect yourself" "makeup". Then I see "~~~~stuff" and the first name sounded like "cheer" or "cherry" they show me a "dot" zigzagging all over the place, like an electrical current with erratic movement. At first I was like, I'm not doing that! Then I realized this is what someone else is saying that I'm doing. They may not be openly stating it now and it may be something that happens in the near future but the dot was like a dot that's used to point to words on the screen, so the reader can follow but it's movement was erratic and it was "current". That current could mean it is happening now, or it could mean in the future when this happens, the other stuff along with it will happen, and then you'll know. Since I see things in the future, that could very well be the case and that I think it is. Why it came up in your reading I'm not certain but I can guarantee, it will take place and by that time, I'll understand it more. All I know, that someone associated with "stuff" will say something about "Things I forgot".

I also received different names throughout the reading and they may mean nothing to you right now but I see many things in the future so these may be people you come across at some point down the road. I can't say much about them now except that "George" and possibly "Gilroy?" was associated with this "stuff" and all this "makeup".

Again, I kept getting things about my project and I'm not entirely certain why but they indicated someone bringing up a "record" over and over, repeatedly, and this record was an "album" and that album was marked with a graphic image or a picture. It looked more like a graphic image. And then I get "File". I asked what it means and they said "personal interest". I can pretty much see what it means as it relates to my project but that it came up while on you and your work has me wondering. Though I know for certain, it will inevitably become clear at some future point in time.

The most clear was that your "hand" needs to "retreat".

Angel Cards:
Divine Timing, Body Care, and New Love all flipped over together, at the same time, as one.

It is not time to publish what you want. Focus on the journey first. This is telling me that you are to pay CLOSE attention to your physical being and through divine timing (once you've mastered the goal of your spiritual retreat" you will encounter a new person in your life, a new love but DON'T try to rush it. FOCUS on the retreat and the physical you and through that process of you and you and more you, you will come to know and feel things in a certain way, and once that takes place, then you will meet this person. But if you meet this person before you've completed this aspect of the retreat, and not learned the life lessons there are to be learn here, it won't work. Timing is everything and divine timing is telling you to focus on the right stuff and the other interests will come along when the time is right. Trust in your angels. They will bring you exactly what you are looking for once you've done your part with you.

While shuffling the Angel Cards, I heard: "Spiritual Journey", "record", "new book". This is about someone writing a book and this "record" that keeps being brought up over and over again. This is associated with my project but it blasted through while pulling your Angel Cards so it must have some inherent value to your work somehow. That is simply something that will be understood in time.

I pulled: New Beginnings, Study, Enchantment and Retreat stuck to Enchantment.

Clearly, the Angel Cards are indicating that you are in GREAT need of a spiritual retreat. I was presented with that in the visuals, and this has to do with your writing hand. Currently you have inadequate material and equipment and if you proceed with a writing project based on what you currently have, you will fail. The retreat is absolutely necessary in order for you to clear your mind and see more clearly.

You are supposed to focus on your physical self during this time of spiritual retreat. Through this effort of spiritual wakening and physical focus, you will come to know the answers to all the questions you have. Don't look to outsiders for answers to these questions. These are meant only for you, and only you can know what the real answers are and only when your mind is clear which it shows that at present it is not.

The bottom card on the deck was "III The Empress". She is an idea that comes to fruition. She is completion of a project so don't worry about your writing project, just focus on the retreat aspect of yourself and through that, all your answers will come and they will come when they are supposed to come not by forcing them to happen before you are prepared as they show you are currently not mentally, psychologically, nor spiritually prepared and as a result, your materials are inadequate.

This was the spread I pulled for you:

Split: Knight of Pentacles Reversed, XI The World Reversed, XVII The Star - the 8 of Swords stuck to the Star card and came out with it. This gives me an indication of the direction of the reading. The Knight of Pentacles can't focus on his work, there are too many distractions which may lead to shoddy work. The world Reversed is that there are still many more lessons to be learned here. The Star came out with the 8 of Swords, conflicting energies brought about by a swarm of confusion and uncertainty. If you're thinking about that Knight, DON'T - he's interfering with you and right now you are supposed to be focusing on you.

You inquired about work issues. As I previously mentioned, the reading indicated you were in need of a "retreat".

There is SO MUCH MALE ENERGY around you.

These "two" in the 5 of Pentacles are plodding, their "communications" are insecure. This card is "affliction". Health doesn’t' have to be physical, an out-of-sorts manner of thought would be considered ill-health and brings about an imbalance, someone who is not centered. This is the slow lumbering nature of Taurus slowing mercury down. I believe this is you struggling with the delays in the project wanting to push things forward when they are not moving in that direction. This leads to somewhat of a panic and that is what leads to the instability or lack of balance. Be patient. Remember The Empress at the bottom of the deck. She appears at the end of your retreat, whenever that is).

The situation on top of you right now is the Knight of Cups Reversed. This guy lives in a dream world. He is Pisces in detriment, being carried helplessly downstream in a torrent of emotion. This guy needs to put less energy into his emotional distress and focus on simply giving freely from the heart, then he will experience less anxiety. These are all emotional difficulties and these emotional difficulties lead to idleness.

The challenge is the 4 of Pentacles Reversed. Money troubles. If this 4 of Pentacles is associated with the Knight of Cups, then it's possible this guy is rather greedy. If this is the case, this guy is a "tyrant". He cannot control his negative emotions and looses it frequently and takes it out on others. If it's not the Knight of Cups Reversed, and the Knight is not representative of an actual person in your life, then the Reversed 4 of Pentacles simply represents your troubled emotions, and how all that focus on your emotional aches and pains is leading to financial instability. Heed the warning before it becomes a problem.

Your focus is the 10 of Wands. So many burdens for one small person to carry! You definitely need a BREAK! Retreat from it all and focus on you.

Associated with the retreat or what you may already be experiencing is the Ace of Cups Reversed. Emotional upset, maybe. Seems more to me like vindictiveness, anger, jealousy, and resentment and seems to be coming from these two I see over at the base of the staff.

The Page of Pentacles Reversed is disorganized and has an exaggerated self-image. This one is overly critical of others to cover for their own deficiencies. This one craves luxury but has no means to achieve it. He/she is the student gone awry.

Next to the page of Pentacles and the environment surrounding the issue is the Page of Swords Reversed. This one is the instigator and loves to pit one against another. Most of their mischief is conducted offstage. They are a sneak. Or if this is not a person, then this card represents irresponsibility and maybe both. I'm definitely in need of a retreat! I've been working nonstop the past year in hopes to have had the project completed, thinking that then I could easily relocate. Then when one of the people I was relying on to assist me with the relocation didnt follow through, it felt like that door closed & I had worked so hard for something that wasn't going to come to fruition. I was/am emotionally drained. Although I've tried to not let it interfere with my daily finction, but I guess it just hovers over me like a dark cloud. Thank also for the Empress card, it has given me hope.

Yes, I agree that the writing project I'm doing doesn't have sufficient material. But in my mind it was "good enough" because I saw it as my "ticket" out. This is not how I usually do things. But I've been so focused on relocating that I've lost sight of everything else and my passion for doing what I do.

Regarding the male energy around me, very interesting because this is the 2nd time I've gotten that in a reading. I'm currently single, but the 2 people I was working on the negotiations with are men & I interact with them almost daily. Could it be them? Or could it be my male energy as a result of the imbalance? Perhaps I need to balance my male/female energies?

Oh, yeah, and the "Gilroy?" I wasn't sure what the name was and that's why there was a "?". It was Gilsomething and I can't say what it was but I should have tried to find out and that is my bad. I must not do that and I need to slap myself for being so lame sometimes. Ah, well, lessons learned. night.

I just went back and looked at the visuals of when I got "George", and oh, my, I got that with the "Gil---" and with "light" "in light and love". That was him, wasn't it? How cool is that?

Next time, I promise, I won't skip over that stuff and I'll pay more attention to it. That was my bad and I'm sorry I didn't recognize it for what it was. I should have made more of an effort to see if it were someone and not just jibber-jabber. I feel like a heel now. Sorry, Gramps.
